煤炭战略新兴产业链演化机理研究

【摘要】:能源是发展国民经济的命脉,是提高人民生活水平的重要物资基础。近几年我国煤炭企业由于产业结构不合理,在社会、经济、环境等方面存在着十分尖锐的矛盾。从长期发展的观点看,由于煤炭资源的不可再生性,煤炭企业的发展必然受到煤炭资源的约束。因此,煤炭企业进行产业链延伸、优化产业结构、大力发展战略新兴产业是实现可持续发展的必然之路。 本文在深入分析我国现阶段煤炭产业发展的基础上,提出了延伸煤炭产业链、发展战略性新兴产业的发展战略。从产业链的本质特征入手,分析煤炭战略新兴产业链的形成。在此基础上深入分析内外部因素对煤炭战略新兴产业链演化的影响作用,构建影响因素作用机理,并利用结构方程模型对影响因素进行实证分析。煤炭战略新兴产业链系统适用于耗散结构理论,产业链在价值动因、市场驱动、技术进步以及自组织协同演化动因四方面作用下呈螺旋式、非线性演化发展,同时受到生态环境的约束。 在理论研究的基础上,以系统动力学模型(SD)识别出的系统敏感性因素作为决策变量,以煤炭战略新兴产业链经济效益和生态效益的最大化为目标,建立MOP模型,,构造了煤炭战略新兴产业链SD-MOP模型,并运用遗传算法对多目标进行最优化求解,进而得出煤炭战略新兴产业链的发展战略,为煤炭战略新兴产业链的研究提供了可行的方法。最后,运用建立的理论、模型和分析方法,以义马煤业集团为例进行实证研究,通过模型演化仿真,为义煤集团煤炭战略新兴产业链发展提供了一定的理论指导和依据。
[Abstract]:Energy is the lifeblood of the development of the national economy and an important material basis for improving the living standards of the people. In recent years, because of unreasonable industrial structure, coal enterprises in our country have very sharp contradictions in society, economy, environment and so on. From the point of view of long-term development, the development of coal enterprises is bound to be restricted by coal resources because of the non-reproducibility of coal resources. Therefore, it is an inevitable way to realize sustainable development for coal enterprises to extend the industrial chain, optimize the industrial structure and vigorously develop strategic emerging industries. On the basis of deeply analyzing the development of coal industry in our country at present, this paper puts forward the development strategy of extending coal industry chain and developing strategic emerging industry. Starting with the essential characteristics of the industrial chain, this paper analyzes the formation of the coal strategic emerging industrial chain. On this basis, the influence of internal and external factors on the evolution of coal strategic emerging industrial chain is deeply analyzed, and the mechanism of influencing factors is constructed, and the influence factors are empirically analyzed by using structural equation model. The coal strategic emerging industrial chain system is suitable for the dissipative structure theory. The industry chain takes on a spiral and nonlinear evolution under the action of value driver, market drive, technological progress and self-organization co-evolution motivation. At the same time by the ecological environment constraints. Based on the theoretical research, the system sensitivity factors identified by the system dynamics model (SD) are taken as decision variables, and the MOP model is established with the goal of maximizing the economic and ecological benefits of the coal strategic emerging industrial chain. This paper constructs the SD-MOP model of coal strategic emerging industry chain, and uses genetic algorithm to solve the problem of multi-objective optimization, and then obtains the development strategy of coal strategic emerging industrial chain. It provides a feasible method for the study of coal strategic emerging industry chain. Finally, using the established theory, model and analysis method, taking the Yima Coal Industry Group as an example to carry on the empirical research, through the model evolution simulation, has provided the certain theory instruction and the basis for the Yiwu Coal Group coal strategic emerging industry chain development.
