基于精益思想的海上采油平台生产过程质量管理研究

【摘要】:随着我国海洋石油开采事业的飞速发展,海洋开采石油产量正在逐年提高,但目前海上采油平台普遍存在粗放式管理,油田运营成本逐年上升,生产设备随油田开发时间日益老化、员工更替过快、梯队建设无法有效实施、油气产量生产任务艰巨、国家对海上石油开采作业安全环保标准要求逐步提高等问题与压力。如何降低海上采油平台运营成本,提高油田生产效率,是海上采油平台目前迫切解决的问题。精益生产作为现今世界范围内最为先进性的管理理论和模式,在全球范围内已被广泛成功应用,取得了惊人的经济成效和行业认同,精益生产的核心理念是消除一切无意义的劳动和不必要的浪费,将精益生产思想引入海上采油平台日常生产管理,利用精益生产方式和工具对海上采油平台工艺流程、设备管理、现场管理等进行改善,实现降本增效。论文尝试运用精益生产相关理论及方法,对目标海上采油平台生产现状及问题进行分析,并结合海上采油平台流程型生产的特点,论证分析海上采油平台实施精益生产管理的必要性和可行性,并规划、制定针对海上采油平台的流程型精益生产实施方案。通过推行实施“5S”现场管理、目视管理、TPM、TQM等精益生产工具,改善海上采油平台现场基础管理,提高设备管理水平,为精益生产的实施奠定基础,同时进一步从生产工艺流程优化,设备分级管理两方面实施精益改善。通过精益生产在海上采油平台生产管理中的推行和实践,为我国石油产业及其他流程型企业进行精益生产应用研究,并提供一定借鉴与参考。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of offshore oil exploitation in China, the production of offshore oil is increasing year by year. However, at present, extensive management exists in offshore oil recovery platforms, and the operating costs of oil fields are rising year by year. With the aging of oil field development time, the turnover of staff is too fast, the construction of echelon cannot be carried out effectively, the production task of oil and gas production is arduous, and the requirement of safety and environmental protection standard for offshore oil production operation is gradually improved by the state and other problems and pressures. How to reduce the operating cost of offshore oil recovery platform and improve the production efficiency of offshore oil recovery platform is an urgent problem to be solved at present. Lean production, as the most advanced management theory and model in the world today, has been widely used successfully in the world, and has achieved amazing economic results and industry recognition. The core idea of lean production is to eliminate all unnecessary labor and unnecessary waste, introduce lean production idea into daily production management of offshore oil recovery platform, and use lean production method and tools to make use of the technological process of offshore oil recovery platform. Equipment management, site management and other improvements to achieve cost reduction and efficiency. This paper attempts to use the lean production theory and methods to analyze the production status and problems of the target offshore oil production platform, and combined with the characteristics of the process production of the offshore production platform, The necessity and feasibility of implementing lean production management on offshore oil recovery platform are demonstrated and analyzed, and the process lean production implementation plan for offshore oil recovery platform is drawn up. Through the implementation of the "5S" site management, visual management, TPM,TQM and other lean production tools, to improve the on-the-spot basic management of offshore oil production platform, improve the level of equipment management, and lay the foundation for the implementation of lean production. At the same time, further from the production process optimization, equipment classification management two aspects to implement lean improvement. Through the implementation and practice of lean production in the production management of offshore oil recovery platform, the application of lean production in China's petroleum industry and other process enterprises is studied, and some references are provided.
