供应链整合对巴基斯坦制造业企业供应链绩效的影响

本研究的主要目的是分析在CPEC运营的巴基斯坦制造业企业所采用的供应链整合方法,并分析整合其对巴基斯坦制造业企业绩效的影响。从研究结果可以看出,组织鼓励营销信息、生产信息和技术信息的信息共享、缩短总周期时间、获取新的产品理念和降低总的物流成本影响了企业的供应链绩效。此外,研究发现,提高对客户的价值、供应商开发过程、完全改善对客户需求和市场趋势的理解都会影响供应链的绩效。新的竞争优势迫使企业积极寻找新的方法以获得企业各职能领域的生产力、效率和完善机制。大多数成功的制造商公司都精心整合了信息共享、供应商关系、物流、供应链整合和组织协调。巴基斯坦的制造业占国内生产总值(GDP)的30%。本文的调查对象是在巴基斯坦工商联合会注册的300家在CPEC运营的制造业企业。在研究中,本人选择了描述性研究设计。本研究主要依赖于通过问卷调查从制造企业收集的原始数据,如定量和定性数据,其中数据使用了社会科学家统计软件包(SPSS 19.0版),并对这些数据使用了描述性统计分析。在300份问卷中,有250名被调查者填写了问卷并寄回给本人。从被调查者的资料中可以看出,采购部门在促进采购和供应双方组织的沟通和交流,...
