【摘要】：本文首先介绍了个股期权的定义、基本原理和交易策略;然后详细阐述了全球个股期权发展最新现状,并通过国际比较对美国、韩国、香港等国家和地区期权市场的发展现状和经验借鉴。在进行国际比较之后,我们重点阐述中国个股期权最新进展和可能的发展路径。最后我们站在证券公司角度研究了个股期权推出对国内证券公司各条业务线的影响。
[Abstract]:This paper first introduces the definition of stock options, the basic principle and trading strategies; and then elaborates on the global development of the new situation of the stock option, and through the international comparison of the United States, South Korea, the development status and experience of Hongkong and other countries and regions, the options market reference. After international comparison, we focus on the latest progress Chinese stock options and possible development path. Finally, we stand in the perspective of the securities company, the introduction of stock options impact on domestic securities companies all lines of business.
