中国知识密集型海外直接投资对荷兰经济的影响

【摘要】：在过去的几十年里,海外直接投资是众多国家,尤其位于发展中地区国家发展的重要源头。而这不仅是因为海外直接投资(FDI)提供了来自不同国家的资本并刺激国内产业,也是因为它给这些国家带来很多或直接或间接的利益。从东道国家的角度,海外直接投资的流入提供了各种直接利益诸如科技、技术交流、创新能力和其它间接的影响。而这些影响反过来能够提高企业和贸易等的竞争性。从经济的角度,这些投资的流入将使得东道国家的产业更具竞争力并带来相较于其它国家的一系列优势,这一过程又反过来刺激了产业发展并提高了东道国家的就业率。而外资企业在东道国家内开设绿地位置也同样会增加就业。上月,在习总书记访问荷兰期间,双方签订了对于未来投资的价值两百亿的合同,而这也是对于双边未来合作的一个积极象征。在这篇论文中,引言部分将阐释中国与荷兰之间在投资及贸易方面的关系。这之后的正文部分将着眼于这些中国投资如何影响荷兰；探讨它如何随着时间增长以及中国投资如何不同于其它地区的投资。总体而言,来自中国的知识密集型直接投资证明它们能推动荷兰地区发展。这些地区反过来相较于其它地区拥有更高的研发强度,更低的失业率和更高的国内生产总值,这些又各自会给经济增长、国家发展带来正面效益。除此之外,这些研发相关的投资也给经济增长提供了积极的贡献。然而,更多的来自中国的财政相关投资也从另一方面影响着荷兰经济。它也给储蓄及银行业带来了机遇,所有的中国国资企业需要通过它们的盈利、利息费用、特权费等向荷兰政府支付直接税费。总而言之,来自中国的知识型海外直接投资给荷兰经济带来了诸多正面影响而它也将在以后持续影响荷兰经济。
[Abstract]:In the past few decades, foreign direct investment has been in many countries. In particular, it is located at an important source of development in developing countries... and not only because foreign direct investment (FDI) provides capital from different countries and stimulates domestic industries. From the point of view of the host country, FDI inflows provide a variety of direct benefits such as technology and technology exchanges. The ability to innovate and other indirect effects, which in turn can increase the competitiveness of firms and trade, etc., from an economic point of view. The inflow of these investments will make the host country's industries more competitive and bring a range of advantages over other countries. This process, in turn, has spurred industrial development and increased employment in host countries. Foreign companies will also increase employment by opening green space positions in host countries. Last month, during Xi's visit to the Netherlands. The two sides signed a $20 billion contract for future investment, which is a positive symbol of bilateral future cooperation. The introduction will explain the relationship between China and the Netherlands in terms of investment and trade. The next part of the text will focus on how these Chinese investments affect the Netherlands; Explore how it grows over time and how Chinese investment differs from investment in other regions. Overall. Knowledge-intensive direct investment from China proves that they can drive development in the Netherlands, which in turn has higher R & D intensity, lower unemployment and higher GDP than other regions. These, in turn, contribute positively to economic growth and national development. In addition, these R & D related investments also contribute positively to economic growth. More finance-related investment from China also affects the Dutch economy on the other hand. It also offers opportunities for savings and banking, through which all Chinese state-owned enterprises need to make profits and interest charges. All in all, Knowledge-based foreign direct investment from China has had many positive effects on the Dutch economy, and it will continue to affect the Dutch economy in the future.
