赤道原则:国际金融实践推动绿色信贷

【摘要】：赤道原则是项目融资中金融机构的企业社会责任标准,对全球金融服务部门具有广泛影响。我国的绿色信贷制度可以借鉴赤道原则的经验,包括鼓励借款方、金融机构和当地政府协同消除项目的不利影响,强调金融机构和借款方在项目融资全过程中的审查义务的披露义务,增加贷款考核标准倡导金融机构全面承担企业社会责任。
[Abstract]:Equatorial principle is the corporate social responsibility standard of financial institutions in project financing, which has a wide influence on the global financial services sector. Our green credit system could draw on the experience of the Equator principles, including encouraging borrowers, financial institutions and local governments to work together to eliminate the adverse effects of projects, It emphasizes the disclosure obligation of the examination obligation of financial institutions and borrowers in the whole process of project financing, and increases the standard of loan examination to advocate financial institutions to bear the corporate social responsibility in an all-round way.
