基于专利管理图的中国银行业专利信息分析

【摘要】：为了了解中国银行业专利保护现状,论文在检索中国银行业专利信息的基础上,从专利类型、专利申请年度趋势、专利申请人、专利发明人和专利申请法律状态等角度去绘制中国银行业的专利管理图。研究认为,中国内资银行在不断增加专利申请数量的同时,也应当关注专利申请的质量和创新效率的提高,应当实施有效的发明人队伍管理制度和积极的创新激励措施,在研发过程中,应当全面分析现有专利技术的法律状态。
[Abstract]:In order to understand the current situation of patent protection in China's banking industry, the paper, on the basis of retrieving the patent information of China's banking industry, discusses the types of patents, the annual trend of patent applications, and the patent applicants. Patent inventor and patent application legal status to draw the patent management map of China's banking industry. The study holds that while increasing the number of patent applications, Chinese domestic banks should also pay attention to the improvement of the quality and innovation efficiency of patent applications, and should implement effective inventor management system and positive innovation incentives. In the process of R & D, the legal status of existing patented technology should be comprehensively analyzed.
