【摘要】：山东舜世高科实业有限公司(以下简称“舜世高科”)以国家“十二五”规划和钢贸行业转型为契机,依据自身实力,实现企业由钢贸行业向生产制造业转变,促进企业在钢铁行业的冰冻期实现跨越式发展,同时为钢贸行业的转型升级提供参考。本文内容共分七章。第一章为导论部分,主要阐述选题背景及意义、研究对象与方法、研究的基本思路及基本框架；第二章为转型升级理论概述,阐述了转型升级的概念、转型升级理论的发展脉络、转型升级理论的及其主要内容；第三章为舜世高科公司转型升级现状、问题及成因,剖析了舜世高科公司转型升级的不足主要任务；第四章为舜世高科公司转型升级的环境分析,指出舜世高科公司转型升级的内外部环境和转型升级过程中的优劣势。第五章为舜世高科公司转型升级的设想,是本论文的核心部分,提出了舜世高科公司转型升级的发展阶段、转型升级依据和具体内容；第六章为舜世高科公司转型升级方案的实施；第七章提出本文的结论。本文的贡献主要体现在：一是提出了舜世高科公司转型升级的政策支持和自身发展的必要性；二是提出了舜世高科公司转型升级的具体内容；三是提出了舜世高科公司转型升级方案的实施。为舜世高科公司转型升级提供理论支持。
[Abstract]:Shandong Shun world high tech Industrial Co. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "world shun tech") to "12th Five-Year" national planning and steel industry transition as an opportunity, based on their own strength, realize the enterprise by the steel industry to the manufacturing industry transformation, promote enterprises to freeze in the steel industry to achieve leapfrog development, and provide a reference for the transformation steel trade and industry upgrade. The first chapter is the introduction, mainly elaborated the background and significance, research objects and methods, research ideas and the basic framework; the second chapter is the theoretical overview of transformation and upgrading, expounds the concept of transformation and upgrading, transformation and upgrade development theory, the theory of transformation and upgrading and the main contents of the third chapter is the present situation of transformation upgrade; Shun world hi tech company, the problems and causes, the author analyzes the deficiency of the main task of transformation and upgrading of the world shun hi tech company; the fourth chapter is Shun Shigao Analysis of upgrading environment, the transformation of the company, points out that upgrading the internal and external environment of the world hi tech company and shun the transformation process of transformation and upgrading of the advantages and disadvantages of the fifth chapter is the idea of the world. Shun hi tech company of transformation and upgrading, is the core part of this paper, put forward the development stage of the transformation and upgrading of the hi tech company Shun, basis and specific content of the transformation the sixth chapter is the implementation of upgrading; transformation and upgrading programs Shun world hi tech company; the seventh chapter put forward the conclusion of this paper.
