【摘要】:近年来,我国经济结构调整步伐加快,金融支持实体经济发展的作用愈加显著。"投资、出口、消费"作为我国经济发展的三大驱动力,然而高投资和高出口带动经济增长的速度减缓,"发展消费金融,扩大内需,拉动消费"成为我国经济发展新的增长点。一方面,由于欧美等西方国家经济下行导致地方贸易保护现象严重,使得我国大量外贸出口公司面临产能过剩甚至濒临破产的风险;另一方面,我国经济发展长期依赖基础建设投资,然而近些年投资速度放缓并伴随投资过剩现象,我国经济增长速度逐渐放缓。随着互联网技术的快速发展,互联网消费金融迎来了新的机遇期。本文以我国互联网消费金融的风险为研究对象,探究我国互联网消费金融在发展中存在的风险,并提出有针对性的防范措施。首先,本论文通过对互联网消费金融涵义的界定,并分析了国内外关于互联网消费金融研究的现状,总结出互联网消费金融具有小额分散、方便快捷、大数据化等特征。接着本文分析了互联网消费金融发展的环境,一是分析宏观环境,经济的快速发展形成了良好的消费环境,政府也出台相关政策促进消费环境的改善,消费金融发展迎来了新契机;二是分析微观环境,互联网技术不断创新与改进,居民消费意识不断提升,均为互联网消费金融的发展提供了现实基础。然后本文进一步分析了互联网消费金融的发展趋势,互联网消费金融朝着规模扩大化、消费场景化、消费多元化方向发展。其次,本文重点分析了四种不同模式下互联网消费金融运营模式及存在的风险,包括电商平台的互联网消费金融、P2P网贷平台的互联网消费金融、消费金融公司的互联网消费金融和商业银行的互联网消费金融,各模式分别以蚂蚁花呗、拍拍贷、北银消费金融、中银E贷典型机构为研究对象。接着对不同模式的互联网消费金融存在的风险进行比较分析,总结出互联网消费金融风险共包括信用风险、市场风险、操作与技术风险、法律与监管风险六大类,并分析了各种风险的形成原因。最后,本文针对互联网金融风险从消费者、金融机构、政府三个层面提出了具有针对性的防范措施。消费者层面,需要扩展消费者消费金融知识,培养消费者信用意识,加强消费者权益保护;金融机构层面,需要加强风险控制体系建设,加强内部管理制度建设,引进合理的市场竞争机制,加强专业人才培养;政府层面,需要完善个人征信体系建设,完善监管制度建设。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the pace of economic restructuring in China has been accelerated, and the role of financial support for the development of the real economy has become more and more prominent. "Investment, export and consumption" are the three major driving forces of our country's economic development. However, the rate of economic growth driven by high investment and high export has slowed down. "developing consumer finance, expanding domestic demand and stimulating consumption" has become a new growth point of economic development in China. Due to the economic downturn of western countries, such as Europe and America, the phenomenon of local trade protection is serious, which makes a large number of export companies of our country face the risk of overcapacity or even the risk of bankruptcy. On the other hand, China's economic development depends on infrastructure investment for a long time. However, in recent years, the rate of investment has slowed down and accompanied by the phenomenon of excess investment, the economic growth rate of our country has gradually slowed down. With the rapid development of Internet technology. Internet consumer finance has ushered in a new period of opportunity. This paper takes the risks of Internet consumption finance as the research object to explore the risks in the development of Internet consumer finance in China. First of all, this paper defines the meaning of Internet consumer finance, and analyzes the current situation of Internet consumer finance research at home and abroad. Summed up that Internet consumer finance has the characteristics of small dispersion, convenience and fast, big data. Then this paper analyzes the development of Internet consumer finance environment, one is to analyze the macro environment. The rapid development of economy has formed a good consumption environment, the government has also issued relevant policies to promote the improvement of the consumption environment, consumer finance development ushered in a new opportunity; The second is to analyze the micro environment, the Internet technology innovation and improvement, consumer awareness of the residents continue to improve. Then this paper further analyzes the development trend of Internet consumer finance, the Internet consumer finance towards the scale of expansion, consumption scenario. Secondly, this paper focuses on the analysis of four different modes of Internet consumption finance operation mode and the risks, including e-commerce platform of Internet consumer finance. P2P network lending platform of Internet consumer finance, consumer finance companies of Internet consumer finance and commercial banks of Internet consumer finance, each model of ants to spend, PPDAI, Beiyin consumer finance. Bank of China E loan typical institutions as the research object. Then to different patterns of Internet consumer finance risk comparative analysis, summed up that Internet consumer finance risk includes credit risk, market risk. Operation and technical risk, legal and regulatory risk six categories, and analyzed the formation of various risks. Finally, this paper aims at Internet financial risks from consumers, financial institutions. At the consumer level, it is necessary to expand consumer financial knowledge, cultivate consumer credit awareness, and strengthen consumer rights and interests protection. At the level of financial institutions, it is necessary to strengthen the construction of risk control system, strengthen the construction of internal management system, introduce a reasonable market competition mechanism, and strengthen the training of professional talents. At the level of government, we need to perfect the construction of personal credit system and the construction of supervision system.
