共享租赁模式下的汽车供需匹配问题研究

【摘要】:经济的发展和城市化的推进导致了人们对汽车的需求量越来越大,城市汽车持有不断增加,从而造成了一系列的社会问题,例如道路拥堵、停车困难、资源浪费、环境污染等。近年来,共享租赁汽车逐渐进入人们视野,这是一种将资产使用权与拥有权分开的交易形式,能够实现资源共享,减少社会汽车总量。相比较传统租车模式流程复杂、手续繁琐以及租期较长的弊端,汽车共享租赁模式基于互联网,具有快捷、便利、租还车时间和地点灵活的特点。为了提高汽车利用率,提高客户满意度,获取更大利润,对共享租赁模式下的汽车供需匹配问题的研究是十分有必要的。本文以共享租赁汽车模式为研究对象,首先介绍了汽车共享租赁这一新兴出行模式,对交通、资源和环境的影响。通过比较传统租赁流程和新兴的共享租赁流程,以及国内外汽车租赁公司的发展特点,指出当前共享租赁汽车发展所面临的问题。总结了共享租赁模式下汽车的需求特征和供应特征,构建因果回路图描述单向汽车共享租赁系统,为具体选址和调度策略的制定提供思路。其次,本文提出了一种对备选租赁点在同一指标体系下进行评分,以选择共享汽车租赁网络布局的最优化方案。通过选取共享租赁汽车决策评价指标,构建选址布局的指标体系,利用层次分析法标定,得到各指标层判断矩阵和权重,从而计算得出最佳方案。以南京、杭州和上海为例,计算共享租赁汽车网点布局的评价数值,证明该指标体系的可行性与合理性。最后,研究共享租赁模式下的汽车调度问题。依据消费者需求、损失成本和收益,构建调度优化模型,并提出了基于双层排序综合择优算法进行求解。最终达到运输收益最大化及运输过程最优化的目标。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and the development of urbanization, the demand for cars is increasing, and the holding of urban cars is increasing, which causes a series of social problems, such as road congestion and parking difficulties. Resources waste, environmental pollution, etc. In recent years, shared rental cars have gradually entered into people's vision, which is a transaction form that separates the right to use assets from the ownership right, which can realize the sharing of resources. Reduce the total amount of social cars. Compared with the traditional car rental model process is complex, cumbersome procedures and longer rental period of the drawbacks, car rental model based on the Internet, fast, convenient. In order to improve the utilization of the car, improve customer satisfaction, and obtain greater profits. It is very necessary to study the matching problem of automobile supply and demand under the shared rental mode. This paper takes the shared rental car model as the research object, firstly introduces the new travel mode of the car sharing lease, to the traffic. By comparing the traditional leasing process with the emerging shared leasing process, and the development characteristics of domestic and foreign car rental companies. This paper points out the problems faced by the development of the shared rental vehicle, summarizes the demand and supply characteristics of the car under the shared lease mode, and constructs a causal circuit diagram to describe the one-way car sharing lease system. For the specific location and scheduling strategy for the formulation of ideas. Secondly, this paper proposes an alternative lease points in the same index system. In order to select the optimal scheme of shared car rental network layout, by selecting the evaluation index of shared rental vehicle decision-making, the index system of location layout is constructed and calibrated by AHP. The judgement matrix and weight of each index layer are obtained, and the optimal scheme is calculated. Taking Nanjing, Hangzhou and Shanghai as examples, the evaluation value of the distribution of shared rental car outlets is calculated. The feasibility and rationality of the index system is proved. Finally, the vehicle scheduling problem under shared rental mode is studied. According to consumer demand, loss cost and income, the optimal scheduling model is constructed. Finally, the goal of maximizing the transportation revenue and optimizing the transportation process is achieved.
