【摘要】：租赁业是发达国家商品流通的主渠道之一,建筑租赁业即提供建筑机械设备租赁的行业,其为满足施工企业建设项目的区域和项目需求的多样性、梯度性需求,为施工企业博得了生存发展和利润增长空间。近年来,该行业在政府扩大内需、调整振兴重点产业、保障性住房建设等大规模基础设施建设需求拉动下有了较快的发展。宝鸡作为连接成都、重庆、兰州、银川、西安的中心城市,在“一带一路”战略构想的实施中着力建设“一个中心,五个基地”,此过程带动了大量的基础设施建设需求。宝鸡建安集团租赁公司是宝鸡建安集团的全资子公司。主要从事大中型塔吊租赁、脚手架搭设、起重设备安装和技术咨询服务,如何在租赁业发展形势下充分抓住机遇,规避风险,在集团公司战略指引下,进一步明确公司发展战略,提升核心竞争力,促进公司可持续发展,具有十分重要的意义。本文以宝鸡建安集团租赁公司为研究对象,按照企业战略管理学理论,通过对公司发展现状、面临的外部环境和内部资源状况进行研究,并采用PEST分析、竞争五力模型、SWOT分析,找出公司外部面临的机会和威胁,内部具有的优势和劣势,经过反复研讨、分析,制定公司未来发展战略：以高端技术装备战略、结构优化战略和高端客户战略为基本战略,目标明确的实施战略。同时明确了发展战略顺利实施的措施保障,为本公司今后的战略制定与规划方面的工作提供了理论依据。由于本研究为个案研究,所选企业虽然具有一定的代表性,但其所拥有的资源具有独特性,因此,结论更具个性化；本研究环境分析在时间和时点上都有其特定性,使得研究结论的得出也具有一定的独特性,结论对该企业具有很强的应用价值,但无法推广；市场调查采用访谈法,多数为竞争者调查,无法留下第一手资料。论文结论有待实践检验。JA租赁公司发展战略制定在一定程度上解决了该公司战略管理问题。通过层级化的战略部署为JA租赁公司明晰了未来的业务方向和发展目标,相信JA租赁公司能够通过增强核心能力更好的服务于地方经济建设。
[Abstract]:Leasing industry is one of the main channels of commodity circulation in developed countries. Construction leasing industry provides construction machinery and equipment leasing industry, which is to meet the diversity of regional and project needs of construction enterprises, gradient demand. In recent years, the industry has expanded domestic demand in the government, adjusted and revitalized key industries. Baoji is the central city connecting Chengdu, Chongqing, Lanzhou, Yinchuan and Xi'an. "Belt and Road" in the implementation of the strategic concept of efforts to build "one center, five bases." This process led to a large number of infrastructure construction needs. Baoji Jianan Group Leasing Company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Baoji Jianan Group. It is mainly engaged in large and medium-sized tower crane leasing scaffolding erection. Lifting equipment installation and technical advisory services, how to fully seize the opportunity in the leasing industry development situation, avoid risks, under the guidance of the group company strategy, further define the company development strategy, enhance the core competitiveness. It is of great significance to promote the sustainable development of the company. This paper takes Baoji Jianan Group Lease Company as the research object, according to the theory of enterprise strategic management, through the development of the company. The external environment and internal resources are studied, and the PEST analysis is used to find out the opportunities and threats, the internal strengths and weaknesses. After repeated discussion, analysis, the formulation of the company's future development strategy: high-end technology and equipment strategy, structural optimization strategy and high-end customer strategy as the basic strategy. At the same time, it defines the measures to ensure the smooth implementation of the development strategy, which provides a theoretical basis for the company's future strategy formulation and planning work. As this study is a case study. Although the selected enterprises are representative, the resources they possess are unique, so the conclusion is more individualized. The analysis of the research environment has its own characteristics in time and time, which makes the conclusion of the research have its own uniqueness. The conclusion has a strong application value to the enterprise, but it can not be popularized. The market survey adopts interview method, most of which are competitors' survey. The conclusion of the paper is to be proved by practice. The development strategy of JA leasing company has solved the problem of its strategy management to a certain extent. Clear future business direction and development goals. JA Leasing Company is believed to be able to better serve the local economy by enhancing its core competence.
