L公司电子商务A平台项目建设风险管理研究

【摘要】：近几年来,电子商务购物平台正剧烈的改变着人们的购物习惯。在《电子商务“十三五”发展规划》中,预计到2020年我国将实现电商交易额超40万亿元,网络零售额达10万亿元左右。然而,蓬勃发展的电商平台背后却充满着巨大的风险,比如网络安全方面的风险、系统使用风险、管理方面的风险、技术应用方面的风险、市场风险、法律和法规方面的风险、风控机制不健全等问题都严重影响了电商平台的稳健发展。为了保证项目顺利实施,电商企业及平台需像产品创新一样去以发展的眼光看待它。本文对L公司电子商务A平台开发中的风险管理作了专题研究,以项目管理的运转和软件生命周期为样本来进行风险管理方面的分析与研究。首先,确定风险管理主要目标,进行风险管理方面的计划与安排,确定L公司电子商务A平台风险管理的具体流程和研究方法。其次,为了系统、全面的进行风险识别,在研究中主要采用WBS-LBS风险识别法。再者,对风险因素的评估采用定性方法如概率影响矩阵法,通过综合评估得到风险排序表。最后,制定相关风险应对计划以应对风险的发生,当确定风险因素超过设定阈值达到风险触发条件时启动应对措施,化解风险或者减少风险造成的危害。L公司电商A平台目前已经成功上线运作,实践证明风险管理为A公司的电商平台搭建提供了重要保障。
[Abstract]:In recent years, e-commerce shopping platform is dramatically changing people's shopping habits. In "electronic commerce" 13th Five-Year "development planning", is expected to 2020, China will achieve the business turnover of over 40 trillion yuan, the network retail sales reached 10 trillion yuan. However, behind the rapid development of electronic business platform is full of great the risk, such as network security risk, system risk, risk management, risk, market risk, technology risk, laws and regulations, risk control mechanism is not perfect and other problems have seriously affected the healthy development of the electronic business platform. In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the project, business enterprises and the need to go to the platform look at it from the perspective of development like product innovation. This paper made a special study on risk management of L company business development platform of A electronics in the project management in operation and software life cycle Samples for the analysis and study of risk management. First, determine the risk management of the main target, plan and arrangement of risk management, to determine the specific process and research method of L, A e-commerce platform of risk management. Secondly, in order to conduct risk identification system, comprehensive, in the study mainly adopts WBS-LBS risk identification method assessment of risk factors. Furthermore, using qualitative methods such as probability and impact matrix method, the comprehensive evaluation risk ranking table. Finally, formulate relevant risk response plans to deal with risk, when start to deal with measures to identify risk factors to risk exceeds the preset threshold when the trigger condition, to reduce the risk or reduce the risk of harm caused by the.L company the electricity supplier A platform has been successful on-line operation, practice has proved that the risk management provides an important guarantee for the company's A business platform to build.
