【摘要】：当前我国正处于社会经济快速发展的时期,人民生活水平显著提高。随着城市化进程快速推进,交通基础设施建设不断完善,驾驶技能广泛普及,社会公众生活方式和消费习惯逐步改变,人们对拥有汽车的观念也产生了变化。越来越多的家庭、个人开始尝试以“招之即来”的方式租用各种汽车,以满足日益增长的位移需求。汽车租赁作为一种新兴的交通运输服务方式具有灵活、便捷、跨区域的特点,是构成我国综合运输体系的重要分支。它不仅能够满足人们多样化的出行需求,还能为一些大型的社会公共活动提供有效的交通运输支持。目前,我国汽车租赁企业规模较之以往在不断扩大,但业务结构单一,租赁站点布局集中,规模化、网络化程度低,依然处于一种较为粗犷的发展模式之中。这无疑使得我国汽车租赁业难以实现可持续发展,更无法满足城市化进程中,人们日益增长的出行需求,制约着我国综合运输体系的建设。所以,实现我国汽车租赁业经营规模化、网络化、品牌化、信息化,就显得尤为重要。这种集约化、一体化、链条式的经营发展模式可以实现资源的合理配置,优化产业链,进而实现规模效益。在我国汽车租赁业形成一种良性发展的同时,提高我国道路运输效率,为我国经济快速发展保驾护航。通过对汽车租赁业的涵义、特点和国内外汽车租赁发展的历程进行了研究,总结了国内外汽车租赁业经营的特点与未来发展趋势,并通过研究目前我国汽车租赁业发展环境,提出了当前环境下汽车租赁经营中存在的问题。最后,提出了我国汽车租赁业实现规模化经营的具体运营方式,希望有助于我国汽车租赁业经营管理模式的完善与创新,实现可持续发展。
[Abstract]:At present, our country is in a period of rapid social and economic development, and the standard of living of the people has improved significantly. With the rapid development of urbanization, the construction of transportation infrastructure has been continuously improved, and driving skills have been widely spread. As the way of life and habits of the public gradually changed, so did the idea of owning a car. More and more families and individuals are trying to rent cars on their own. In order to meet the increasing demand for displacement, as a new mode of transportation service, car rental has the characteristics of flexibility, convenience and cross-region. It can not only meet the diversified travel needs of people, but also provide effective transportation support for some large-scale social public activities. At present, The scale of automobile rental enterprises in our country is expanding, but the business structure is single, the layout of leasing sites is centralized, the scale is low, and the degree of networking is low. Still in a rough development model, which undoubtedly makes it difficult for China's automobile leasing industry to achieve sustainable development, but also unable to meet the increasing travel demand in the process of urbanization. Therefore, it is very important to realize the scale, network, brand and information of the automobile leasing industry in our country. The chain-type management and development mode can realize the rational allocation of resources, optimize the industrial chain, and then realize the scale benefit. At the same time, the automobile leasing industry of our country forms a kind of benign development, at the same time, it can improve the efficiency of road transportation in our country. Through the research on the meaning, characteristics and the course of development of domestic and foreign automobile leasing, this paper summarizes the characteristics and future development trend of domestic and foreign auto leasing industry. By studying the development environment of automobile leasing industry in our country, this paper puts forward the problems existing in the automobile leasing operation under the current environment. Finally, the paper puts forward the concrete operation mode of realizing large-scale operation of automobile leasing industry in our country. It is hoped that it will be helpful to perfect and innovate the management mode of automobile leasing industry in China and realize sustainable development.
