吉林省国际陆港企业商业模式创新研究

【摘要】:自2000年西安欧亚学院学者席平提出国际陆港概念和学说,经过十余年的论证和发展,目前国内关于国际陆港的理论研究和实践探索已经充分展现出了其生机与活力。随着国际陆港概念和研究的日趋丰富,以及西安国际港务区项目建设和运营所取得的成功经验,为我国内陆地区的经济发展和对外贸易往来提供了新的思路和方法,我国内陆城市和陆地边境口岸也纷纷规划建设国际陆港。国际陆港的建设与运营为内陆城市对外贸易打通了新的格局。吉林省作为我国东北地区的中心位置的内陆省份,地处于东北亚地区的几何中心位置,具有重要的区位交通作用,是沟通和联系我国东北地区各省份和东北亚地区各国家的重要桥梁和纽带。但受内陆地区区位因素影响,吉林省在经济发展和对外贸易方面一直处于东北地区乃至国内相对落后的位置。如何摆脱和突破区位因素对于吉林省经贸发展的制约和阻碍,寻求经济发展与对外贸易的新路径,一直是吉林省面临的重大经济考验。国际陆港学说的提出以及在实践领域中的应用为吉林省的经济转型提供了重要的发展路径。随着2013年习近平总书记提出“一带一路”战略的提出和长吉图开发开放先导区的建立,作为“一带一路”战略路线在我国东北地区的延伸,吉林省对外贸易的拓宽和发展获得更多的机遇。在此背景下,吉林省规划建设国际陆港,旨在打开吉林省对外贸易通路,提高吉林省对外贸易利润额和竞争力。对于吉林省国际陆港建设与发展的研究与探索不能空洞的从宏观方面去规划把握,而应从基本组成单位——企业着手,通过对国际陆港企业的发展模式的研究与突破,进而推动国际陆港的运作与发展。作为国际陆港建设与运营的重要参与主体——企业,其自身的发展和运营能力对国际陆港的发展发挥着间接的推动作用,因此增强国际陆港建设与运营相关企业的实力是保障国际陆港未来长足发展的关键。商业模式作为企业对外战略和盈利的关键,对企业的战略制定和发展模式有着重要的指导作用。企业的商业模式并不是固有不变,它随着企业所处宏观环境的变化和企业自身的发展需求而不断进行调整和改变。近年来,不同行业不同领域都掀起了商业模式创新的浪潮。部分新兴企业借此机会崭露头角,许多老牌企业也放弃原有的商业模式寻求创新,以适应经济发展的新环境和新需求。作为国际陆港企业,其自身必然具有其他运输服务型企业所不具备的特点,加之国际陆港发展还处于初期探索和塑形时期,国际陆港企业所面临的问题和环境更为复杂,如何制定合适的商业模式用以指导企业未来的发展,是国际陆港企业不可避免的选择性问题。研究从企业商业模式创新的角度出发,通过对吉林省国际陆港企业的商业模式进行改进与创新,增强企业竞争力,进而推动吉林省国际陆港的进步与发展。研究通过对国内外现有国际陆港和企业商业模式创新领域的研究情况进行分析和总结,归纳和整理出国内外关于国际陆港、企业商业模式及其创新在要素选择、模型建立等方面的研究成果和可借鉴的经验,并通过Osterwalder的九要素模型及其工具——商业模式画布对国际陆港企业商业模式进行呈现和分析,通过对其发展环境的SWOT分析,指出其目前所面临的市场问题,提出商业模式创新建议。在此基础上以长春国际陆港发展有限公司为例进行实证研究,从客户细分构造块出发,通过运用灰色预测法对未来服务市场的运输量进行预测,并通过不同货物所占比重重新划分客户市场,并对其他构造块作出调整,实现公司的商业模式创新。通过对吉林省国际陆港企业商业模式的创新,更好地保障吉林省国际陆港进出口贸易的运转,为吉林省对外贸易发展提供建议与参考。
[Abstract]:Since 2000, Xi Ping, a scholar of the Xi'an Eurasia University, proposed the concept and theory of international land port. After more than ten years of demonstration and development, the theoretical research and practical exploration of international land port have fully demonstrated its vitality and vitality. With the prosperity of the international land port concept and research, and the construction of Xi'an international port project The successful experience gained by the operation has provided new ideas and methods for the economic development and foreign trade of the inland areas of China. The inland cities and the land border ports in China have also planned to build the international land port. The construction and operation of the international land port will make the inland cities easy to have a new pattern for foreign trade. Jilin province is the east of our country. The central location of the northern region is located in the geometric center of the Northeast Asia, and has an important role in regional transportation. It is an important bridge and link to communicate and connect the provinces of Northeast China and the countries of Northeast Asia. However, influenced by the location factors of the inland areas, Jilin Province is in the economic development and foreign trade. How to get rid of and break through and break through the constraints and obstacles to the economic and trade development of Jilin province and to seek a new path for economic development and foreign trade has always been a major economic test for Jilin province. The development of the theory of international land and port and its application in the field of practice are Jilin. Economic transformation provides the important path of development. With the establishment of the 2013 General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward "The Belt and Road" strategy and Changjitu, as "The Belt and Road" strategic routes in Northeast China extension, Jilin province's foreign trade expansion and development get more opportunities. The research and exploration of the construction and development of the international land port in Jilin province can not be planned and grasped from the macro aspects, but should start from the basic components of the enterprise and through the international trade. The research and breakthrough of the development model of the land port enterprises, and further promote the operation and development of the international land port. As an important participant in the construction and operation of the international land port, the development and operation ability of the enterprise play an indirect role in promoting the development of the international land port, because this strengthens the enterprises related to the construction and operation of the international land and port. Strength is the key to guarantee the future development of the international land port. As the key to the enterprise's foreign strategy and profit, the business model has an important guiding role for the strategic formulation and development model of the enterprise. How to formulate appropriate business models to guide the future development of enterprises is an inevitable choice problem for international land and port enterprises. In the perspective of business model innovation, through the improvement and innovation of the business model of Jilin international land and port enterprises, the competitiveness of enterprises will be enhanced and the progress and development of the international land port in Jilin province are promoted. The research is summarized and summarized through the research on the new field of international land port and enterprise business model in the world. And collate the research achievements and experiences on international land port, enterprise business model and its innovation in element selection, model establishment and so on, and show and analyze the business model of international land port enterprises through the nine element model of Osterwalder and its tool - business model canvas, through the development environment. On the basis of the SWOT analysis, it points out the current market problems and proposes the innovation proposal of the business model. On this basis, we take the Changchun international land and port development limited company as an example to carry out an empirical study. From the customer segmentation structure, the transportation volume in the future service market is predicted by using the grey prediction method, and the proportion of different goods is used. Reclassifying the customer market and adjusting the other structural blocks to realize the company's business model innovation. Through the innovation of the business model of the Jilin international land port enterprises, it is better to guarantee the operation of the import and export trade of the international land and port in Jilin Province, and provide some suggestions and reference for the development of Jilin's foreign trade.
