互联网背景下国际贸易发展问题研究

【摘要】:随着互联网技术与大数据的广泛应用,受金融危机影响的全球对外贸易也迎来了新的发展机遇。电子商务的快速发展和跨境电子商务的崛起开拓了外贸领域的新征程,成为世界各国经济发展新的增长点。发达国家意识到互联网与国际贸易的结合将是未来外贸经济的发展趋势,依靠自身完善的信息基础设施和信息技术方面的优势率先发展跨境贸易;鉴于此,发展中国家也开始为跨境电子商务提供政策和资金方面的红利,为跨境电子商务的顺利开展清扫障碍。2015年3月5日,国家总理李克强在政府工作报告中提出了“互联网+”行动计划。这项国家战略的提出,让跨境电子商务的发展上升到了国家层面,不仅给我国国际贸易的发展带来了新的贸易方式和营销渠道,而且在制度方面给跨境电商的迅速发展提供了保障。如何利用互联网对国际贸易的积极影响,规避互联网对国际贸易的消极影响,怎样及时解决互联网背景下国际贸易发展存在的问题,并为跨境电商和跨境电子商务指明方向是本文的撰写的主要目的和原因。本文将运用交易成本理论、比较优势理论、创新扩散理论、长尾理论、价值链理论,采用文献分析法、数据分析法、微观和宏观相结合的分析方法、案例分析的方法首先研究分析了互联网背景下国际贸易的分类、运营模式、发展现状、存在的问题,接着通过分析国际贸易依托互联网平台存在的优势、劣势、机遇、威胁及跨境电商发展的宏观环境,加之相应的具体案例分析,理论与实证相结合,更形象具体的体现了互联网对国际贸易优化升级的作用,揭示了当前互联网与传统国际贸易相结合是经济全球化和贸易无国界的新要求,也是实现全球经济健康快速发展的新举措。最后从国家和企业两个层面对互联网背景下国际贸易存在的问题给出了相应的对策建议。本文通过对互联网背景下国际贸易发展问题的研究,进一步肯定了发展“互联网+行业”的正确性,明确了开展跨境电子商务是我国培育新经济增长点的必要举措。通过本文的研究,不仅为我国跨境电商和跨境电子商务的规范化发展提供一些指导建议和对策,而且还可以为其他“互联网+”的行业提供借鉴和参考。
[Abstract]:With the wide application of Internet technology and big data, the global foreign trade affected by the financial crisis also ushered in new development opportunities. The rapid development of electronic commerce and the rise of cross-border electronic commerce have opened up a new journey in the field of foreign trade and become a new growth point for the economic development of countries all over the world. Aware that the combination of the Internet and international trade will be the development trend of the future foreign trade economy, developed countries will take the lead in developing cross-border trade by virtue of their own sound information infrastructure and information technology advantages; in view of this, Developing countries have also begun to provide policy and financial dividends for cross-border e-commerce, to clear the barriers to the smooth development of cross-border e-commerce... on 5 March 2015, Premier Li Keqiang put forward the "Internet" action plan in the government work report. The proposal of this national strategy has raised the development of cross-border electronic commerce to the national level, which has not only brought new ways of trade and marketing channels to the development of international trade in China, And in the system for the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce to provide protection. How to make use of the positive influence of Internet on international trade, how to avoid the negative influence of Internet on international trade, and how to solve the problems existing in the development of international trade under the background of Internet. The main purpose and reason of this paper is to point out the direction of cross-border e-commerce and cross-border e-commerce. This paper applies transaction cost theory, comparative advantage theory, innovation diffusion theory, long tail theory, value chain theory, literature analysis method, data analysis method, micro and macro analysis method. The method of case analysis first studies and analyzes the classification, operation mode, development status, existing problems of international trade under the background of Internet, and then analyzes the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities of international trade relying on Internet platform. The macro environment of threats and cross-border e-commerce development, coupled with the corresponding specific case studies, the combination of theory and empirical evidence, more vividly and concretely reflect the role of the Internet in the optimization and upgrading of international trade. It is revealed that the combination of Internet and traditional international trade is the new requirement of economic globalization and trade without national boundaries, and it is also a new measure to realize the healthy and rapid development of global economy. At last, the author gives the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on the problems of international trade under the background of Internet from the two levels of state and enterprise. Through the research on the development of international trade under the background of Internet, this paper further affirms the correctness of developing "Internet industry", and clarifies that developing cross-border electronic commerce is the necessary measure to cultivate new economic growth point in China. The research in this paper not only provides some guiding suggestions and countermeasures for the standardization development of cross-border e-commerce and cross-border e-commerce in China, but also provides reference and reference for other "Internet" industries.
