资金约束供应商预订购契约的设定

【摘要】：考虑供应商资金约束,研究了最优预订购批发参数的设定。通过分析供应商和零售商的博弈,得到了均衡状态下的产量、预订购量及供应链模式,并分析供应商初始资金对博弈双方决策的影响。研究表明:供应商资金充裕时的供应链呈现单一的push或pull模式,而在供应商资金约束下,供应商往往会利用零售商的预订购资金和初始资金全部投入生产,此时的供应链呈现为push和pull的混合模式。最后,通过数值算例分析了初始资金对最优契约参数及均衡状态的影响,并验证了理论分析。
[Abstract]:Considering the financial constraints of suppliers, the optimal setting of wholesale parameters for booking and purchasing is studied. By analyzing the game between supplier and retailer, the output, pre-order quantity and supply chain mode under equilibrium state are obtained, and the influence of supplier's initial capital on the decision of both parties is analyzed. The research shows that the supply chain with abundant supply chain has a single push or pull mode, but under the constraint of supplier funds, the supplier often uses the retailer's purchase funds and initial funds to put into production. At this time, the supply chain presents the mixed mode of push and pull. Finally, the effects of initial capital on the optimal contract parameters and equilibrium state are analyzed by numerical examples, and the theoretical analysis is verified.
