生鲜电商物流风险测度研究

【摘要】:随着人们生活水平的提高和物质生活条件的逐步改善,人们对生鲜产品的需求逐渐增加,并呈多样化趋势发展。伴随着“互联网+”时代的到来,消费者网购生鲜产品的消费理念和习惯逐渐形成。与一般网购商品相比,生鲜产品对整个流通过程的要求更加严格,几乎全靠冷链物流的全程护航。然而我国冷链物流起步较晚,基础设施建设不完善,全程冷链物流系统薄弱,生鲜产品的流通过程缺乏标准化体系,各环节的风险控制还不到位,容易给企业带来严重损失。所以充分感知生鲜产品冷链物流各环节存在的风险,测度其风险发生的概率和损失值,建立必要的风险控制体系和防范机制,对保证生鲜品质、提高物流效率、降低企业损失成本具有重大的理论和实践意义。本文在生鲜电商物流及风险管理的理论基础上,将生鲜电商物流中各环节的风险作为研究对象,深入剖析其发展现状,结合大量国内外相关文献综述,识别了生鲜电商物流的风险来源,筛选出来2个二级指标,10个三级指标,20个四级指标,构建了生鲜电商物流的风险测度指标体系,并设计了各指标的风险测度标准,然后采用模糊层次分析方法,结合顺丰优选及其物流的实际情况,建立了风险测度模型,对风险指标的发生概率和损失值进行赋值,测度出各指标风险权重和综合风险等级,从而确定生鲜电商物流的关键风险因素。最后,根据测度结果分析,对生鲜电商物流的风险控制和防范提出相应建议。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of people's living standard and the improvement of material living conditions, the demand for fresh products is gradually increasing and developing in a diversified trend. With the arrival of the "Internet" era, consumer online shopping fresh products consumption concept and habits are gradually formed. Compared with general online shopping, fresh products require the whole circulation process more strictly, almost all rely on cold chain logistics escort. However, China's cold chain logistics starts late, infrastructure construction is not perfect, the whole process of cold chain logistics system is weak, the circulation process of fresh products is lack of standardized system, and the risk control of each link is not in place, which easily brings serious losses to enterprises. Therefore, fully aware of the risks in the cold chain logistics of fresh products, measuring the probability and loss value of the risk, establishing the necessary risk control system and prevention mechanism to ensure the fresh quality and improve the efficiency of logistics, It is of great theoretical and practical significance to reduce the loss cost of enterprises. On the basis of the theory of fresh e-commerce logistics and risk management, this paper takes the risk of every link of fresh e-commerce logistics as the research object, deeply analyzes its development status, and combines with a large number of domestic and foreign related literature review. The risk sources of fresh e-commerce logistics are identified, 2 secondary indexes, 10 third class indexes and 20 fourth grade indexes are screened out. The risk measurement index system of fresh electronic commerce logistics is constructed, and the risk measurement standards of each index are designed. Then, using the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) method, combined with the actual situation of Shunfeng optimal selection and logistics, the risk measurement model is established, the occurrence probability and the loss value of the risk index are assigned, and the risk weight and the comprehensive risk grade of each index are measured. In order to determine the key risk factors of fresh e-commerce logistics. Finally, according to the analysis of measurement results, the paper puts forward some suggestions on the risk control and prevention of fresh e-commerce logistics.
