语言犹豫模糊VIKOR方法及其在电子商务外包承包商中的应用

【摘要】:由于互联网经济迅猛发展的冲击,对企业加快开展互联网服务的要求也更加明显。因此,为了提升在市场中的份额,企业也开始将电子商务业务转向服务外包领域。企业通过电子商务外包(Electronic Commerce Outsourcing)不仅能够实现自身利润的最大化,而且有利于提升企业在行业中整体的竞争优势。电子商务外包承包商选择决策理论研究并不广泛,不仅涵盖各类指标体系的建立,也涉及多个不同的定性和定量属性,因而电子商务外包承包商选择等管理决策问题也属于一类多属性决策问题。在现实的评价体系中,由于各方面因素的影响,单纯的定性与定量信息的评价类型已经很难满足实际决策问题的精确要求,往往需要采用定性与定量相融合的语言评价信息来对决策者的偏好进行描述。语言犹豫模糊集不仅可以表达决策者的定性偏好,而且可以反映出他们的不确定性和犹豫。因此,将语言犹豫模糊多属性决策应用于企业电子商务外包承包商选择问题中显得尤为重要。本论文将语言犹豫模糊集与多准则妥协解法(Vlsekriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje,简称VIKOR)相结合,充分考虑决策者的效用偏好,并且基于信息不完全理论,提出语言犹豫模糊VIKOR多属性决策方法,解决电子商务外包承包商选择等管理决策问题。以下是对本文的主要内容进行阐述。(1)基于语言犹豫模糊集的排序理论,考虑评价信息中语言术语集的个数,定义了新的下标函数,使其具有灵活的语义表达,更接近于实际的理论。其次定义了改进的得分函数和方差函数,相比于过去的同类方法具有更强的区分度。(2)基于距离测度理论,提出语言犹豫模糊集的广义距离测度,包括汉明(Hamming)距离测度,欧式(Euclidean)距离测度;广义豪斯多夫(Hausdorff)距离测度,包括汉明豪斯多夫距离(Hamming-Hausdorff)测度,欧式豪斯多夫(Euclidean-Hausdorff)距离测度;混合广义(hybrid generalized)距离测度,包括混合汉明(hybrid Hamming)距离,混合欧式(hybrid Euclidean)距离等。(3)本文提出了语言犹豫模糊VIKOR多属性决策方法,基于信息不完全理论,分别构建(非)线性优化模型,利用拉格朗日乘数法和最大偏差的方法来得到最优属性权重。(4)将方法应用在电子商务外包承包商选择中,并对该方法的求解过程进行详细讨论。该方法适用于决策者所给的评价信息是不确定决策环境,这使得决策结果与现实生活问题更加一致,并且比同类方法更为客观合理。
[Abstract]:Due to the impact of the rapid development of the Internet economy, the demand for enterprises to accelerate the development of Internet services is also more obvious. In order to improve their share in the market, enterprises have also begun to turn e-commerce services to the field of service outsourcing. Enterprises can not only achieve their own profits through Electronic Commerce Outsourcing. The maximization of the enterprise is beneficial to the promotion of the competitive advantage of the enterprise in the industry. The choice of decision theory of e-business outsourcing contractor is not widely studied. It not only covers the establishment of various index systems, but also involves many different qualitative and quantitative attributes. Therefore, the decision making problem of the contractor selection of the ecommerce outsourcing contractor is also a class of management decision. In the real evaluation system, in the actual evaluation system, because of the influence of various factors, the simple qualitative and quantitative information evaluation types have been difficult to meet the precise requirements of the actual decision problem. The qualitative and quantitative language evaluation information is often used to describe the preference of the decision-makers. It can not only express the qualitative preference of the decision-makers, but also reflect their uncertainty and hesitation. Therefore, it is particularly important to apply the language hesitation fuzzy multiple attribute decision to the choice of the outsourcing contractor of the enterprise. This paper is a language hesitant fuzzy set and multi criteria compromise solution (Vlsekriterijumska Optimizac). IJA I Kompromisno Resenje, referred to as VIKOR) combined, fully consider the utility preference of decision-makers, and based on incomplete information theory, the language hesitation fuzzy VIKOR multi attribute decision-making method is proposed to solve the problem of management decision of the contractor selection of e-commerce outsourcing. The following is the main content of this article. (1) hesitation based on language The ranking theory of fuzzy sets, considering the number of language terms in the evaluation information, defines a new subscript function, which makes it flexible semantic expression and is closer to the actual theory. Secondly, the improved score function and variance function are defined, compared with the same method of the past. (2) based on the distance measure theory, the theory of distance measurement is proposed. The generalized distance measure of language hesitant fuzzy sets, including the Hamming distance measure, the Euclidean distance measure, the generalized Hausdorf (Hausdorff) distance measure, the Hamming Hausdorf distance (Hamming-Hausdorff) measure, the Euclidean Moorhouse multiple (Euclidean-Hausdorff) distance measure, and the mixed generalized (hybrid generalized) distance. Measurement, including mixed Hamming (hybrid Hamming) distance, mixed Euclidean distance (hybrid Euclidean) distance, etc. (3) this paper proposes a language hesitant fuzzy VIKOR multi attribute decision-making method, based on incomplete information theory, constructs (non) linear optimization model respectively, and uses the Lagrange multiplier method and the maximum deviation method to obtain the optimal attribute weight. (4) The method is applied to the choice of the contractor in e-commerce outsourcing, and the process of solving the method is discussed in detail. This method applies to the decision maker's evaluation information is an uncertain decision environment, which makes the decision result more consistent with the real life problem, and is more objective and reasonable than the same method.
