关爱医生主题的公益广告研究

【摘要】:羊年春节期间,从中央到地方的电视媒体都在播放关于医生的公益广告片,医患矛盾的关系在经历过紧张阶段之后,在媒体报道中开始恢复平静,但矛盾的探索解决之道才刚刚开始。从各大电视媒体播放关于医生的公益广告片可以看出国家已经迈出了着手缓解医患矛盾关系的步伐。本文以公益广告为切入点,通过对公益广告研究进行文献综述和发展现状调查,发现公益广告中主题研究较为缺乏,并且在主题研究中当前比较热议的医生主题研究却是一片空白。另外笔者通过对医生的生存现状调查发现当下医生主要面临着三大压力:媒体报道中的医生负面形象压力、大众认知情感及行为倾向给医生带来的压力、医生职业本身具有的压力,而医生这一角色不仅是在当下缓解医患关系中起着重要作用同时在社会未来的发展中也是始终扮演着重要角色,关系着整个社会长久和谐的安定大局。笔者依据当下紧张医患关系的现状,尝试从关爱医生的角度帮助医生缓解各方面的环境压力,从而探索出一条缓解医患矛盾关系的解决之道。从整体策略上给予方向性的建议,在具体实践操作层面也通过实验室控制实验得出一般性的结论,以期为对公益广告主题研究和当下医患关系矛盾的解决有所帮助。
[Abstract]:During the Spring Festival of the year of the Goat, the television media from the central to the local level are broadcasting public service advertisements about doctors. After going through a tense period, the relationship between doctors and patients has begun to recover calm in media reports. But the search for solutions to contradictions has just begun. It can be seen from the public service advertisements about doctors that the state has taken steps to ease the contradiction between doctors and patients. This article regards the public service advertisement as the breakthrough point, through carries on the literature summary and the development present situation investigation to the public service advertisement research, finds that the public service advertisement in the topic research is relatively lack, And in the subject study, the current hot topic of doctor research is a blank. In addition, through the investigation of doctors' living conditions, the author finds that doctors are currently facing three major pressures: the negative image pressure of doctors reported in the media, the pressure brought to doctors by the public perception of emotion and behavioral tendency. The role of doctors not only plays an important role in alleviating the relationship between doctors and patients, but also plays an important role in the future development of society. Related to the overall stability of the whole society for a long time and harmonious. According to the current tense doctor-patient relationship, the author tries to help doctors alleviate the environmental pressure from the perspective of caring for doctors, so as to explore a solution to alleviate the contradiction between doctors and patients. From the overall strategy to give directional advice, in the specific practice and operational level also through the laboratory control experiment to draw a general conclusion, in the hope of public service advertising research and the current relationship between doctors and patients to solve the contradictions of help.
