农民工城市融入的非制度途径——社会资本作用的质性研究

【摘要】：农民工社会融入分为社会经济融入、行为融入、心理融入。基于两种获取资源的行动——同质性互动与异质性互动,可以揭示农民工融入城市过程中如何构建和拓展其异质性社会资本;使用定位法测量农民工社会资本来刻画农民工行为融入,可揭示出"社会资本"这种非正式制度促进农民工社会融入的作用。通过对各维度社会融入影响因素进行实证分析,可以发现:拥有高质量、高层次社会资本有助于提升农民工收入、增进其身份认同和城市认同;行为融入对社会经济融入和心理融入有显著的正向影响;社会经济融入也作用于行为融入和心理融入,三个维度之间相互依存、相互作用、相互交融。农民工融入城市社会要着力打破工作环境区隔、改善居住环境区隔、转换社会组织区隔和改革公共服务区隔。
[Abstract]:The social integration of migrant workers is divided into social economic integration, behavior integration and psychological integration. Two kinds of access to resources based on mutual action homogeneity and heterogeneity, can reveal the migrant workers how to build and expand the heterogeneity of social capital in the process of city; use location method to measure social capital to describe the behavior of migrant workers migrant workers into, can reveal the "social capital" of the informal system to promote social integration of migrant workers. The empirical analysis of influencing factors can be found through the integration of the various dimensions of society with high quality and high level of social capital to help improve the income of migrant workers, promote the city identity and identity; behavior of social integration economic integration and psychological integration has a significant positive impact on social and economic integration; and also into the psychological behavior into effect and between the three dimensions of interdependence, interaction and blend. The integration of migrant workers into urban society should make efforts to break the separation of working environment, improve the isolation of the living environment, transform the social organization and reform the public service areas.
