【摘要】:零售业作为商品流通的最终环节,是消费拉动经济的着力点,在推动国民经济增长、连接消费与生产、满足生活需求和吸纳社会劳动力等方面的作用显著。20世纪90年代以来,随着城镇化进程加快,我国城市人口规模迅速扩大。新型城镇化的推进,又进一步提高了城镇居民的消费水平,促使其消费理念和消费结构不断变化,零售业态变迁迅猛。城镇作为零售业发展的载体,与零售业态的变迁息息相关,在我国新型城镇化进程中,涵盖的要素供给、消费行为和技术创新等变化,是引起零售业态结构调整和业态创新的重要动因,因此,对新型城镇化进程中零售业态变迁的研究很有必要。在城镇化和新型城镇化的推进过程中,我国零售业的发展也出现了一些问题。零售业态的出现缺乏阶段性,同时不具备明显的竞争优势。在零售业的发展过程中,许多零售业态的市场定位不准确,同质化竞争过于激烈,零售业态创新效率底下。如何就城镇化进程中零售业态发展存在的问题找到有效的办法,是助力零售业态在新型城镇化背景下实现合理变迁,推动我国零售业健康有序发展的关键要素。本文是在新型城镇化的背景下,分析零售业态的变迁和发展。主要结合城镇化和新型城镇化进程中我国零售业态变迁的路径和特点,在总结零售业态变迁影响因素的基础上,应用聚集经济效应理论,从城镇化的静态聚集经济效应和动态聚集经济效应两个方面,分析新型城镇化带来的城市要素供给、消费行为、消费结构和技术创新的变化,从而解释新型城镇化如何推进零售业态的变迁。最后,基于以上分析,提出了新型城镇化进程中零售业态合理变迁的建议。
[Abstract]:As the final link of commodity circulation, retail industry is the focus of consumption-driven economy, which promotes the growth of national economy and links consumption and production. Since 90s, with the acceleration of urbanization, the scale of urban population in China has expanded rapidly. It further improves the consumption level of urban residents, impel their consumption concept and consumption structure to constantly change, and the rapid change of retail form. As a carrier of retail development, cities and towns are closely related to the changes of retail patterns. In the process of new urbanization in China, the changes of factor supply, consumption behavior and technological innovation are the important reasons for the structural adjustment and innovation of retail trade. It is necessary to study the change of retail trade in the process of new urbanization. In the process of urbanization and new urbanization, there are some problems in the development of retail industry in China. At the same time, there is no obvious competitive advantage. In the development of retailing, the market positioning of many retail forms is not accurate, and the homogeneous competition is too fierce. How to find an effective way to solve the problems existing in the development of retail form in the process of urbanization is to help the retailing form to realize reasonable changes under the new urbanization background. The key factors to promote the healthy and orderly development of China's retail industry. This paper is in the context of new urbanization. This paper analyzes the changes and development of retail formats, mainly combines the path and characteristics of the changes of retail formats in the process of urbanization and new urbanization, and summarizes the influencing factors of the changes of retail forms. Based on the theory of agglomeration economic effect, this paper analyzes the supply and consumption behavior of urban elements brought by new urbanization from two aspects: static aggregate economic effect and dynamic aggregate economic effect. The change of consumption structure and technological innovation explains how the new urbanization promotes the change of retail form. Finally, based on the above analysis, the paper puts forward some suggestions on the rational change of retail form in the process of new urbanization.
