精益物流在工程机械零部件制造中的应用研究

【摘要】:近年来,受宏观经济发展形势影响,工程机械市场持续低迷,各产品的市场销量下降明显,工程机械制造企业间市场争夺竞争日益激烈。同时,弱市导致工程机械制造企业盈利能力减弱,特别是工程机械零部件制造企业的资金或多或少出现一些问题,企业生存压力进一步增大。国内的工程机械零部件制造企业要想走出现金流紧张的困境和提升自身竞争力,必须在生产管理过程导入精益思想和方法,减少包括库存在内的一切浪费,而生产物流被众多推行精益生产的企业作为继续挖掘潜力、提高竞争力的最佳途径。因此,对工程机械零部件制造企业生产物流系统进行精益研究是有实际意义的。本文从L公司生产运营现状出发,对生产物流运作进行现状分析,总结公司在物流运作中遇到的困难,结合自己的工作实践,并由此按照精益物流理念对该公司核心部件驾驶室生产物流系统做了研究。(1.)生产在制品物流管理优化,结合公司驾驶室生产工艺流程和布局,对生产在制品积压原因进行分析,提出生产在制品物流管理优化模型,通过设计与实施均衡化生产、拉动式系统、看板管理及仓库5S管理,使在制品形成连续流,减少生产过程存货数量。(2)外购件精益物流系统实施,通过对外购件进向物流策略分析,重点通过建立线边库和对配送系统进行设计优化,减少外购件的库存数量,提高物料送线的效率。论文从生产在制品物流管理优化和外购件精益物流系统实施两个方向,研究了精益物流的相关理论在L公司零部件生产中落地实施的方法,并推动建立精益生产物流系统,对工程机械零部件制造企业的精益物流推进有十分重要的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:In recent years, under the influence of the macroeconomic development situation, the construction machinery market continues to be depressed, the market sales volume of each product drops obviously, the market competition among the construction machinery manufacturing enterprises becomes increasingly fierce. At the same time, the market competition among the construction machinery manufacturing enterprises is increasingly fierce. The weak market leads to the weakening of the profitability of the construction machinery manufacturing enterprises, especially the capital of the construction machinery parts manufacturing enterprises more or less appear some problems. If the domestic construction machinery parts manufacturing enterprises want to get out of the cash flow tight predicament and improve their own competitiveness, they must introduce lean ideas and methods in the process of production management. Reduce all waste, including inventory, and production logistics as the best way to continue to tap potential and improve competitiveness by many enterprises pursuing lean production. It is of practical significance to study the production logistics system of construction machinery parts manufacturing enterprises. This paper analyzes the current situation of production logistics operation from the production and operation status of L company. Summary of the company in the logistics operation encountered difficulties, combined with their own work practices. And according to the lean logistics concept of the company's core components cab production logistics system research. 1) production in process logistics management optimization, combined with the cab production process and layout. This paper analyzes the causes of overstocking of WIP, and puts forward the optimization model of WIP logistics management. Through the design and implementation of balanced production, pull system, Kanban management and warehouse 5S management. Make the WIP form continuous flow, reduce the quantity of inventory in the production process. 2) implement the lean logistics system of the outsourced parts, and analyze the strategy of forward logistics of the outsourced parts. Focus on the establishment of line bank and distribution system design optimization to reduce the inventory of purchased parts. Improve the efficiency of material delivery line. The paper from the production in process logistics management optimization and outsourcing parts lean logistics system implementation in two directions. This paper studies the relevant theory of lean logistics in L company parts production implementation method, and promote the establishment of lean production logistics system. It has a very important reference significance for lean logistics promotion of construction machinery parts manufacturing enterprises.
