我国城市发展中的空间社会抗争及其治理

【摘要】：伴随着我国城镇化的加速,围绕着空间权利的社会抗争正呈现高发态势。正确认识和应对空间社会抗争行为,对城市的可持续发展有重要意义。城市空间社会抗争具有自身的特性和发生逻辑,它是对城镇化进程中社会结构变迁与空间重构的一种能动反映,既受到经济全球化和社会转型等宏观环境的影响,也集中反映了增长主义导向的城市发展模式的正义价值缺失,更是公民权利意识觉醒与现有体制、制度承载能力不足相冲突的结果。治理空间社会抗争既不能漠视其存在,更不能简单地高压,必须针对其形成机理和实质综合施治。通过谨守空间正义的价值,限制政府空间权力扩张,强化社会力量培育,完善法律救济制度等促进空间社会抗争有序化治理。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of urbanization in China, the social struggle around the space rights is showing a high incidence. Correctly understand and respond to the spatial social protest behavior. It is of great significance to the sustainable development of the city. The social protest in urban space has its own characteristics and logic of occurrence. It is a dynamic reflection of the changes of social structure and the reconstruction of space in the process of urbanization. It is not only influenced by the macro-environment such as economic globalization and social transformation, but also reflects the lack of justice value of the growth-oriented urban development model, and it is also the awakening of citizen's right consciousness and the existing system. Governance space social struggle can not ignore its existence, nor simply high-pressure, must be aimed at its formation mechanism and substantive comprehensive treatment, through self-defense of the value of space justice. Limiting the expansion of government space power, strengthening the cultivation of social forces, perfecting the legal relief system, and so on, to promote the orderly governance of space society resistance.
