哈尔滨都市农业与城市化互动发展关系研究

【摘要】:随着农业和城市化两者迅速发展,他们之间的互动关系也发生改变,出现了与传统农业不同的新型现代农业—都市农业,都市农业以城市资源、科技、市场为依托,以城市农业产业为基础,是多功能产业融合的可持续现代农业产业体系。城市化的进程也在不断推进,工业支持农业代替了从前农业支持工业阶段,与新时期“三农”工作的开展相结合,开始向城乡统筹、城乡一体化模式转变。目前,都市农业和城市化的研究都从单向角度研究的比较多,系统论述二者发展相关性的研究很少,本文将都市农业和城市化互动相结合研究,有助于深入理解都市农业和城市化的新特征。哈尔滨城市化的快速发展导致建设和工业的发展势必会破坏环境,会缩减农业用地,破坏都市农业生产条件,对都市农业发展不利;但都市农业需要依靠城市这个巨大的市场,都市农业发展也需要城市的先进科学技术和设备、人才等。本文的研究对于哈尔滨都市农业和城市化更好地协调发展有着一定的意义。本文以农业和城市化的互动发展历史演变和空间特征规律为切入口,将都市农业和城市化的互动发展关系分为社会经济特征和空间特征两个方面来进行分析研究,通过哈尔滨1990-2012年的各项数据横向和纵向来论证都市农业和城市化的互动关系。哈尔滨城市化对都市农业的作用主要是城市化进程促进农业劳动生产率的提升;城市化进程促进农业生产结构多样化;城市化进程改变农作物种植结构;城市化进程带动农业科技进步。哈尔滨都市农业对城市化的作用主要是都市农业有利于缩小城乡差距;都市农业有利于缓解城市化进程中资源短缺问题;都市农业有利于改善城市化进程中生态环境问题。建立在以上的研究基础上,本文从人口、经济、社会和空间四个城市化层面,选取13项评价指标衡量城市化水平;从经济发展水平、社会服务水平、生态保障水平和现代化水平四个层面,选取了11项评价指标衡量都市农业综合发展水平。采用层次分析法确定权重并进行计算,最后运用灰色关联度的计算来对二者耦合关系进行评价。研究表明1996-2012年哈尔滨城市化和都市农业的灰色关联度均在0.63-0.72之间波动,两系统处于中度关联和较强关联的关系,耦合程度比较高。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of agriculture and the city of the two, their interactions also changed, appeared a new type of modern agriculture, urban agriculture and traditional agriculture, urban agriculture in city resources, science and technology, based on the market, the industrial city agriculture as the foundation, is a multifunctional integration of the sustainable modern agriculture industry system in the city. The process is constantly advancing, industry supporting agriculture instead of the former agricultural support industrial stage, the new period and the "three rural" work together, to urban and rural areas, urban and rural integration mode change. At present, all the research on urban agriculture and the city from the one-way angle more, little correlation between system the two discussed the development, this paper combines the research on urban agriculture and city interaction, the new features are helpful to understand urban agriculture and city of the city of Harbin. The rapid development of the construction industry led to the development and it will not damage the environment, will reduce the destruction of urban agricultural land, agricultural production conditions, unfavorable to the development of urban agriculture; urban agriculture need to rely on the city but this huge market, the development of urban agriculture in the city also need advanced technology and equipment, personnel and so on. This study for Harbin urban agriculture and the city better coordinated development has certain significance. In this paper, the interactive development of city agriculture and the historical evolution and spatial characteristics of the entrance, the urban agriculture and city interaction development relationship into two aspects of social and economic characteristics and spatial characteristics to analyze, through the interaction between the data of Harbin 1990-2012 years of horizontal and vertical to demonstrate the urban agriculture and the city of Harbin city. The urban agriculture is the main function of the city. The process of promoting the improvement of agricultural productivity; city urbanization to promote the diversification of agricultural production structure; city process change of planting structure; city urbanization drives the progress of agricultural science and technology. Harbin urban agriculture is the main urban agriculture is conducive to narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas of the city; urban agriculture can help to alleviate the shortage of resources in the process of city; urban agriculture is conducive to improving the ecological environment of the city in the process of problem. Based on the above, this article from the population, economy, society and space of the four city level, select 13 evaluation indexes to measure the city level; from the level of economic development, the level of social services, four aspects of ecological security level and the level of modernization and selected 11 indicators to measure the comprehensive development level of urban agriculture. Using AHP to determine weights were calculated, and finally the use of The grey relational grade calculation is used to evaluate the coupling relationship between the two. The study shows that the grey relational degree between urbanization and urban agriculture in Harbin in the past 1996-2012 years fluctuated between 0.63-0.72, and two of the systems were moderately correlated and strongly related, and the degree of coupling was relatively high.
