地区乘用车市场研究体系建立及实证研究

【摘要】:乘用车虽然已经成为很多家庭的生活必需品,乘用车的销售市场发展也比较稳定,但是对于各个地区的区域乘用车销售的实际情况却很难把握,这势必影响企业和经销商对于扩大再生产以及网络布局的准确把握,只有掌握住各个区域的发展态势,才能更好地进行决策。本文从区域乘用车产业环境研究、区域乘用车市场发展研究、区域乘用车消费行为及消费趋势、区域乘用车市场经销商网络布局、区域乘用车市场发展潜力指数等五个反映区域乘用车市场的关键因素着手,建立区域乘用车市场研究体系。同时,以中国乘用车第一大省山东省作为实证研究对象,分析山东省五个关键的区域因素,得出了山东省乘用车市场产业环境、市场现状、消费行为、经销商网络布局以及发展潜力指数等特征。本文通过构建区域乘用车市场发展潜力评价模型,在现有的数据基础上更加准确地把握市场发展态势,为企业决策与乘用车经销商网络布局提供决策支持。
[Abstract]:Although passenger cars have become the daily necessities of many families and the sales market of passenger cars is relatively stable, it is difficult to grasp the actual situation of regional passenger car sales in various regions. This is bound to affect the enterprises and dealers to expand reproduction and network layout of the accurate grasp, only grasp the development of each region, in order to better carry out decision-making. This paper from the regional passenger car industry environment research, Regional passenger vehicle market development, regional passenger vehicle consumption behavior and consumption trend, regional passenger car market dealer network layout, regional passenger car market development potential index, five key factors reflecting the regional passenger vehicle market. At the same time, taking Shandong Province, the largest province of China, as the empirical research object, the paper analyzes five key regional factors of Shandong Province, and obtains the industrial environment and market situation of Shandong passenger car market. Consumption behavior, dealer network layout and development potential index, etc. Based on the existing data, this paper constructs the evaluation model of regional passenger car market development potential, and grasps the market development situation more accurately. Provide decision support for enterprise decision and passenger car dealer network layout.
