基于聚类算法和网络层次分析的物流园区选址规划

【摘要】:物流行业作为经济发展的助推器,对经济发展有着重要推动作用,为了迎合经济一体化的趋势,物流园区以其集约化、整合化的优势应运而生。物流园区在我国的规划建设形成了一股潮流,但由于缺乏合理的选址规划,不仅出现了资源浪费和空间闲置的问题,还会对物流业的发展及区域资源的有效配置产生不利影响。本文在对国内外关于物流园区相关研究调查、分析的理论基础上,分析了我国物流园区发展的现状,并基于现阶段选址影响因素和未来物流园区的发展趋势,对物流园区选址规划问题进行了研究。本文将K-Means聚类分析方法和网络层次分析方法(analytic network process,ANP)相结合,建立两阶段的物流园区选址规划模型,在物流园区选址中充分考虑定量因素与定性因素。在物流园区选址的第一个阶段,基于零库存思想以及最快响应速度等假设,将运输距离作为物流园区选址的首要考虑因素,并根据K-Means聚类分析的思想,提出确定聚类中心位置的途径,从而确定物流园区建设备选点。在第二阶段,利用专家评测方法分析研究物流园区选址所考虑的准则,建立指标体系,根据网络层次分析方法,计算超矩阵、加权超矩阵、极限超矩阵,进而从备选点中选出最优的物流园区位置。本文共包括五个章节,第一章为绪论,介绍了本文的选题背景、研究意义、国内外研究现状以及本文的主要结构和创新点。第二章阐述了物流园区建设的背景知识,主要内容涵盖了物流行业的发展历程、物流园区的构成要素、功能定位以及物流园区选址决策与区域经济发展的相互作用,明确了物流园区选址规划的重要性。第三章介绍了聚类分析方法和网络层次分析方法的基本原理,并在本章的第二节通过两种方法的结合构建了物流园区的选址模型。第四章是算例分析,根据Z区域的实际情况进行分析,将第三章构建的选址模型应用在该区域的物流园区选址规划问题,最终得到了选址决策方案。最后一章是总结与展望,在这一章对本文的总体结构和所做的工作进行了总结,并提出了未来在物流园区选址规划中的努力方向和新的研究内容。
[Abstract]:As a booster of economic development, logistics industry plays an important role in promoting economic development. In order to cater to the trend of economic integration, logistics parks are intensive. The advantages of integration come into being. The planning and construction of logistics parks in our country has formed a trend, but due to the lack of reasonable location planning, not only the waste of resources and space idle problems have emerged. It will also have a negative impact on the development of logistics industry and the effective allocation of regional resources. This paper analyzes the current situation of the development of logistics parks in China on the basis of the investigation and analysis of domestic and foreign related research on logistics parks. Based on the influencing factors of site selection and the development trend of logistics park in the future, this paper studies the location planning of logistics park. In this paper, the K-Means clustering analysis method and the analytic network process ANPs method are combined. A two-stage logistics park location planning model is established, in which quantitative and qualitative factors are fully considered. In the first stage of logistics park location, based on the assumption of zero inventory and the fastest response speed, etc. Taking transportation distance as the primary consideration factor of logistics park location, and according to the idea of K-Means clustering analysis, this paper puts forward a way to determine the location of cluster center, and then determines the alternative point of logistics park construction. In the second stage, The criterion of logistics park location is analyzed by expert evaluation method, and the index system is established. According to the method of network hierarchy analysis, the super matrix, the weighted super matrix and the limit super matrix are calculated. The thesis includes five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, which introduces the background and significance of this paper. The second chapter expounds the background knowledge of logistics park construction, including the development course of logistics industry, the constituent elements of logistics park. The function orientation and the interaction between the location decision of logistics park and the development of regional economy make clear the importance of location planning of logistics park. The third chapter introduces the basic principle of cluster analysis method and network hierarchy analysis method. In the second section of this chapter, the location model of logistics park is constructed through the combination of two methods. Chapter 4th is an example analysis, according to the actual situation of Z region. The location model constructed in chapter 3 is applied to the location planning of the logistics park in the region, and the final chapter is the summary and prospect. In this chapter, the overall structure and the work done in this chapter are summarized. And put forward the future logistics park location planning efforts and new research content.
