供给侧结构性改革下就业能力理论研究的发展路径

【摘要】:就业能力概念的提出已经有100多年的历史,其理论发展取得了巨大的进步,在理论界和实践领域的影响日益扩展。新世纪以来,就业能力理论的研究有三条主线,即关于就业能力实质的研究、关于就业能力形成路径的研究和关于就业能力作用机理的研究。随着对就业能力认识的不断深入,世界各国和国际组织都越来越重视劳动者就业能力的开发,实施了许多就业能力开发的政策和规划,效果非常显著。研究和提升劳动者就业能力,对于我国顺利推进供给侧结构改革具有重要意义,根据国外成果提出了对于我国当前就业能力相关研究和开发实践带来的启示。
[Abstract]:The concept of employability has been put forward for more than 100 years, and its theoretical development has made great progress, and the influence in the field of theory and practice has been expanding day by day. Since the new century, there are three main lines in the study of employability theory. That is, the research on the essence of employability, the research on the path of formation of employability and the study on the mechanism of employability. Countries and international organizations all over the world are paying more and more attention to the development of workers' employability, and have implemented many policies and plans for the development of employability. The results are very remarkable. It is of great significance for our country to promote the reform of supply-side structure smoothly. According to the achievements of foreign countries, this paper puts forward the enlightenment to the research and development practice of employment ability in China at present.
