汽车配件企业工程物流项目中方案的优化研究

【摘要】：随着经济的发展与社会的进步,汽车行业的发展速度也越来越快,汽车已经逐渐的融入到了生产和生活之中。在我国国产化进程的推进过程中,我国汽车行业的汽车配件公司逐渐从依赖进口中脱离出来,向本土化逐渐靠近。从汽车配件行业的过去十几年的历程来看,我国的汽车配件行业经历了快速发展和技术升级的过程,汽车配件行业正在逐步的向产业整合方向走进。随着经济的发展和社会的进步,物流行业的发展也十分迅速,尤其是工程物流的管理理念的发展,使得我国的生产企业的轻流通和重生产的现状发生了改变。当前,在生产制造业的全部生产成本中,物流成本所占的比重大约有百分之十几,物流成本的高低直接影响了生产制造业企业的利润水平和企业的竞争力。企业对物流成本进行控制,不仅能够提高企业的竞争力,节约成本,还能有效的提高我国国民经济的整体素质。而工程物流项目中运输方案的好坏则直接影响到物流成本,影响到企业的竞争发展,所以工程物流项目中运输方案显得尤为重要。本文以“作业成本法”为基本的研究方法,设计了X汽车制造企业的物流控制方案。首先选定研究对象和研究方法,运用研究方法对X汽车零部件公司物流成本控制进行分析,利用所收集的资料进行资料处理,然后对处理和分析结果进行探讨。最终得出结论,“作业成本法”的运用对于企业物流方案的制定来说具有非常重要的意义。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and society, the automobile industry is developing faster and faster. The automobile has been gradually integrated into the production and life. Auto parts companies in China's automobile industry are gradually breaking away from dependence on imports and moving closer to localization. From the past decade or so of the auto parts industry, The auto parts industry in our country has experienced the process of rapid development and technological upgrading, and the auto parts industry is gradually entering the direction of industrial integration. With the development of economy and society, the development of logistics industry is also very rapid. In particular, the development of the management concept of engineering logistics has changed the current situation of light circulation and heavy production of production enterprises in China. At present, in the total production cost of the manufacturing industry, The proportion of logistics cost is about 10%. The level of logistics cost directly affects the profit level of manufacturing enterprises and the competitiveness of enterprises. The control of logistics costs by enterprises can not only improve the competitiveness of enterprises. Cost saving can also effectively improve the overall quality of the national economy of our country. And the quality of the transportation scheme in the project of engineering logistics directly affects the logistics cost and the competitive development of enterprises. So the transportation scheme in the project of engineering logistics is very important. In this paper, the logistics control scheme of X automobile manufacturing enterprise is designed based on activity-based costing. Firstly, the research object and research method are selected. The research method is used to analyze the logistics cost control of X auto parts company, and the data are processed by the data collected. Finally, the conclusion is drawn that the application of activity-based costing is of great significance to the formulation of enterprise logistics scheme.
