福建省城镇化进程中农业产业化问题研究

【摘要】：城镇化是带动农村经济社会发展的一大战略,是我国经济社会发展的大趋势。改革开放以来的实践证明,发展农业产业化对于促进农民增产增收、提高农业效益和市场竞争力、加快城乡一体化发展等具有十分重要的意义。城镇化促进人口集中,为农业规模化生产奠定基础,完善的基础设施以及因城镇发展而集聚的资金、技术、人才等资源,又促进了农业产业化发展。因此,在城镇化深入发展的大背景下研究福建省农业产业化发展问题,不仅是福建省转变农业经济发展方式、提高经济发展质量,提高农业比较效益、促进农民增产增收的需要,更是顺应社会发展趋势、协调推进城乡统筹发展、加快实现全面建成小康社会的迫切要求。本文以福建省城镇化进程中农业产业化问题为研究对象,综合运用产业组织理论、规模经济理论、分工协作理论和城镇化理论,对农业产业化的经营主体、组织模式和利益机制等进行了剖析,深入研究城镇化与农业产业化的互动关系,对福建省当前农业产业化发展的基本态势进行全面阐述,分析福建省城镇化进程中发展农业产业化面临的问题及原因,最后在吸取国外推动城镇化与农业产业化互动发展的经验教训的基础上,对福建省城镇化进程中加快农业产业化发展提出了政策建议。
[Abstract]:Urbanization is a strategy to drive the development of rural economy and society, and it is also the trend of our country's economic and social development.The practice since the reform and opening to the outside world has proved that the development of agricultural industrialization is of great significance for promoting farmers' increasing production and income, improving agricultural efficiency and market competitiveness, and speeding up the development of integration of urban and rural areas.Urbanization promotes population concentration, lays the foundation for large-scale agricultural production, perfect infrastructure and resources such as capital, technology, talents and so on, promotes the development of agricultural industrialization.Therefore, to study the development of agricultural industrialization in Fujian Province against the background of the deep development of urbanization is not only to change the mode of agricultural economic development, but also to improve the quality of economic development and the comparative benefit of agriculture.The demand of promoting farmers' increasing production and increasing income conforms to the trend of social development, harmoniously promotes the overall development of urban and rural areas, and speeds up the realization of building a well-off society in an all-round way.This paper takes the agricultural industrialization in the process of urbanization of Fujian Province as the research object, synthetically applies the theory of industrial organization, the theory of scale economy, the theory of division of labor and cooperation, and the theory of urbanization.The organization model and benefit mechanism are analyzed, the interactive relationship between urbanization and agricultural industrialization is deeply studied, and the basic situation of current agricultural industrialization development in Fujian Province is comprehensively expounded.This paper analyzes the problems and causes of the development of agricultural industrialization in the process of urbanization in Fujian Province, and finally draws the experience and lessons of foreign countries in promoting the interactive development of urbanization and agricultural industrialization.Some policy suggestions are put forward to speed up the development of agricultural industrialization in the process of urbanization in Fujian Province.
