内蒙古食品生产企业监管问题研究

【摘要】:食品安全问题现在已经成为全球性关注的焦点问题之一,随着我国经济和社会的不断发展,人民生活水平不断提高,我国逐渐从保障食品供应期转向保障食品安全期。与此同时,我国食品安全问题依然不少,食品安全事件仍时有发生。本文旨在通过对我国食品安全形势及内蒙古地区食品生产企业监管工作现状的深入剖析,进而认真分析内蒙古地区食品生产企业监管工作中存在的问题和不足,对照食品安全监管的国际先进管理理念和思路,借鉴先进地区监管的实践经验和实际做法,对内蒙古食品生产企业监管工作的开展进行有益的理论探索和研究,能够进一步对食品生产企业监管能力和保障水平的提升起到重大的促进作用。本文共分为六个部分。第一部分阐述了本文的研究背景、研究思路和方法。第二部分阐述了食品、食品生产企业监管等概念和相关理论综述。第三部分阐述了我国食品安全现状、内蒙古地区食品生产企业监管的现状和食品安全监管体制改革情况。第四部分阐述了食品生产企业监管存在的问题和原因。第五部分主要分析了国内外我国食品安全和食品生产企业监管的先进经验。第六部分提出符合内蒙古地区区情的食品安全监管建议和对策,为政府更加有效的监管食品安全提供参考,同时为食品安全监管提供了可操作性的思路和方法。
[Abstract]:The issue of food safety has become one of the focuses of global attention. With the development of our economy and society, the living standard of the people has been improved, and our country has gradually changed from the period of ensuring food supply to the period of ensuring food safety. At the same time, China's food safety problems are still many, food safety incidents still occur from time to time. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the situation of food safety in China and the current situation of supervision of food production enterprises in Inner Mongolia, and then analyze the problems and shortcomings in the supervision of food production enterprises in Inner Mongolia. In contrast to the international advanced management ideas and ideas of food safety supervision, and drawing lessons from the practical experience and practice of advanced regional supervision, this paper makes a beneficial theoretical exploration and research on the development of supervision of food production enterprises in Inner Mongolia. It can further promote the supervision ability and guarantee level of food production enterprises. This paper is divided into six parts. The first part describes the research background, research ideas and methods. The second part describes the concept of food, food production enterprise supervision and related theories. The third part describes the current situation of food safety in China, the current situation of food production enterprises in Inner Mongolia and the reform of food safety supervision system. The fourth part describes the problems and causes of food production enterprises supervision. The fifth part mainly analyzes the advanced experience of food safety and food production enterprise supervision at home and abroad. The sixth part puts forward the suggestions and countermeasures of food safety supervision in accordance with the situation of Inner Mongolia region, which provides a reference for the government to supervise food safety more effectively, at the same time, it provides operational ideas and methods for food safety supervision.
