基于系统稳定性的多式联运场站资源配置

【摘要】:随着贸易和物流的快速发展,多式联运这种运输方式逐渐进入众人视角,多式联运业务随之猛增。多式联运的发展要求多式联运场站资源合理分配,以期增强多式联运场站的作业能力和服务质量,降低运营成本,能够有效缓解多式联运业务快速增长与多式联运场站业务处理能力不足之间的矛盾,将对多式联运的运营和发展具有显著的意义。如何在时间、资源等多重约束下合理配置多式联运场站资源是本文要解决的关键问题。本文主要以多式联运场站作业系统为研究对象,阐述了多式联运场站及其资源的定义,并对多式联运复杂情况和场站等级进行评价与分析,认定多式联运复杂情况和多式联运场站等级影响场站资源配置系统的能力,进一步对影响多式联运场站资源配置系统的主要因素进行分析,指出由内部因素和外部因素两类;然后,分析了多式联运场站资源配置系统的组成和结构,并通过函数和图形等描绘了系统全局以及局部的系统空间结构;随后针对多式联运场站资源配置系统,引入李雅普诺夫和奈奎斯特稳定性判据,并通过因子分析得出系统稳定性衡量指标的公共因子,确定各环节的资源配置量下的综合变量状态变化情况,从多方面分析了多式联运场站的资源配置系统的稳定性。本文通过系统仿真验证了研究方法和模型的可行性,并根据仿真结果制定了资源配置的优化方案,希望能对多式联运场站管理人员的工作起到一定的借鉴作用。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of trade and logistics, multimodal transport has gradually entered the public perspective, and multimodal transport business has soared. The development of multimodal transport requires the rational allocation of the resources of multimodal transport stations in order to enhance the operation capacity and service quality of multimodal transport stations and reduce the operating costs. It can effectively alleviate the contradiction between the rapid growth of multimodal transport business and the insufficient handling capacity of multimodal transport station, which will be of great significance to the operation and development of multimodal transport. The key problem of this paper is how to allocate the multimodal station resources reasonably under multiple constraints such as time and resources. This paper mainly takes the multimodal transport station operation system as the research object, elaborated the multimodal transport station and its resources definition, and carried on the appraisal and the analysis to the multimodal transport complex situation and the field station grade. The complex situation of multimodal transport and the ability of multimodal station grade to influence the resource allocation system of multimodal transport station are determined. The main factors affecting the resource allocation system of multimodal transport station are analyzed, and the internal factors and external factors are pointed out. Then, the composition and structure of multimodal transport station resource allocation system are analyzed, and the overall and local system space structure is described by functions and graphs. By introducing Lyapunov and Nyquist stability criteria, and by factor analysis, the common factors of the system stability measurement index are obtained, and the state changes of the comprehensive variables under the resource allocation of each link are determined. The stability of multimodal station resource allocation system is analyzed from many aspects. This paper verifies the feasibility of the research method and model through system simulation, and formulates the optimization scheme of resource allocation according to the simulation results, hoping to play a certain reference role in the work of multimodal transport station managers.
