世界主要经济发展模式中的市场与政府关系及对中国的启示

【摘要】：市场与政府的关系一直是世界各国经济发展需要处理的根本问题。通过对英美模式、莱茵模式、俄罗斯等转型国家发展模式、拉美模式等世界主要经济发展模式进行分析发现,这些发展模式中的市场与政府关系实质上都是"大市场、小政府"的市场经济模式。中国要建立中国特色的社会主义市场经济体制,就要总结和吸取"大市场、小政府"市场经济模式的经验教训,处理好市场与政府的关系。中国要坚持公有制的主体地位;要充分发挥市场在资源配置中的决定性作用;要更好地发挥政府作用,要让政府主导资源配置的方向,参与资源配置过程,调节收入分配,为资源配置提供制度支撑。
[Abstract]:The relationship between market and government has always been the fundamental problem to be dealt with in the economic development of countries all over the world. By analyzing the major economic development models in the world, such as the Anglo-American model, the Rhine model, the development model of Russia and other transition countries, and the Latin American model, it is found that the relationship between the market and the government in these development models is essentially "big market." The market economy model of small government. In order to establish a socialist market economy system with Chinese characteristics, China must sum up and draw lessons from the market economy model of "big market, small government", and handle the relationship between market and government. China should persist in the dominant position of public ownership; give full play to the decisive role of the market in the allocation of resources; and better play the role of the government, let the government lead the direction of the allocation of resources, participate in the process of resource allocation, and regulate the distribution of income.
