商业物流条烟配送包装方式的选择研究

【摘要】：目前,中国已成为世界烟草生产和消费总量排名第一的国家。随着市场经济的发展,国内市场的卷烟需求逐年攀升,卷烟的种类、数量和经销商数量都急剧增加,并向多品种、小批量方向发展,这无疑对烟草商业物流配送工作提出了更高的要求。从目前烟草物流的整体情况看,其现状是“规模小、设施全、分布散”,部分地区机械化程度不高,物流器具的使用规格及标准差异明显,导致流通环节中装卸、搬运、包装成本居高不下,并使得物流配送效率总体偏低。因此,有必要制定标准化的物流配送规程来改善现有困境。条烟的配送包装对物流成本控制、卷烟配送效率、客户满意度和环境保护等方面均有重要影响,规范条烟配送包装方式以及完善相应配送机制,进而对各方案进行综合比较并对资源进行合理分配,对于建设烟草现代物流体系具有重要的理论意义和实践价值。基于此,本文首先调研烟草商业物流条烟配送包装的使用现状,然后对目前行业内条烟配送模式和相应流程进行深入研究,并对条烟配送包装的种类、技术参数、比例结构等情况进行归纳总结,以此为基础,结合烟草商业物流的实际配送工作,提出各类型条烟配送包装的评价方法。该方法通过三个关键技术步骤实现条烟配送包装的综合评价:第一步是确定影响商业物流条烟配送包装选择的主要因素,建立包含产品性能、物流功能、环境保护、市场需求、经济成本等五个方面的综合评价指标体系;第二步是采用兼具主客观赋权法特征优势的组合赋权法对各项指标权重进行计算;第三步是以TOPSIS方法确定最优包装方案,并对评价结果进行范数检验和标准曲线图分析;构建起商业物流条烟配送包装方式的综合评价选择模型。最后以重庆商业物流企业的实例验证以上评价方法的科学性和适用性,为企业的实际生产运作和条烟配送包装的合理优化设计提供技术支撑。
[Abstract]:At present, China has become the world's top tobacco production and consumption of the country. With the development of market economy, the demand for cigarettes in the domestic market is increasing year by year. This undoubtedly put forward a higher request to the tobacco commercial logistics distribution work. Judging from the overall situation of tobacco logistics at present, its present situation is "small scale, complete facilities and scattered distribution", the degree of mechanization in some areas is not high, and the use specifications and standards of logistics equipment are obviously different, which leads to loading and unloading and handling in circulation links. Packaging costs remain high, and make logistics delivery efficiency on the whole low. Therefore, it is necessary to establish standardized logistics distribution procedures to improve the existing difficulties. The distribution packaging of tobacco has an important influence on logistics cost control, cigarette distribution efficiency, customer satisfaction and environmental protection. Furthermore, it is of great theoretical significance and practical value for the construction of modern tobacco logistics system to carry out comprehensive comparison and rational allocation of resources. Based on this, this paper first investigates the current situation of cigarette distribution packaging in tobacco commercial logistics, and then deeply studies the distribution mode and the corresponding process of tobacco distribution in the industry, and the types and technical parameters of tobacco distribution packaging. On the basis of the proportion structure and the actual distribution of tobacco commercial logistics, the paper puts forward the evaluation method of tobacco distribution packaging. The method realizes the comprehensive evaluation of tobacco distribution packaging through three key technical steps: the first step is to determine the main factors that affect the selection of cigarette distribution packaging in commercial logistics, and to establish a package including product performance, logistics function, environmental protection and market demand. The second step is to use the combination weight method with subjective and objective weight method to calculate the weight of each index, and the third step is to determine the optimal packaging scheme by TOPSIS method. The evaluation results are tested by norm test and standard curve analysis, and a comprehensive evaluation and selection model of packaging mode of cigarette distribution in commercial logistics is constructed. Finally, the example of Chongqing commercial logistics enterprises is used to verify the scientific and applicability of the above evaluation methods, which provides technical support for the actual production operation of enterprises and the rational optimization design of tobacco distribution packaging.
