全球知识产权研究发展态势与热点分析

【摘要】：基于知识图谱理论,对Web of Science核心数据集收录的1900-2016年间的知识产权相关文献的发文量、发文国家、发文学科、被引文献、关键词等进行可视化分析,研究结果表明:(1)当前知识产权研究处于稳步上升阶段,美国、英国、德国引领全球知识产权发展,中国后发优势明显,从国际合作上看,全球知识产权跨国合作研究匮乏。(2)知识产权研究趋势日趋多样化,知识产权、经济、企业在更宽更广范围内的泛在研究成为主流。(3)知识产权的研究方向主要为知识产权管理与知识产权溢出、知识产权转移与流动、新兴技术知识产权保护、知识产权与跨界资本输入等方面。
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of knowledge map, this paper makes a visual analysis of the amount of intellectual property rights related documents collected in the core data set of Web of Science from 1900-2016, the sending country, the publishing subject, the cited documents, the key words, etc. The research results show that the current research on intellectual property rights is on a steady rise. The United States, Britain and Germany are leading the development of global intellectual property rights, and China has an obvious advantage in latecomer development. In terms of international cooperation, Lack of global intellectual property transnational cooperation research. (2) the trend of intellectual property research is becoming more and more diversified, intellectual property rights, economy, The main research directions of enterprises in a wider and broader scope are intellectual property management and intellectual property spillover, intellectual property transfer and flow, and intellectual property protection of emerging technologies.
