发展型国家与当代中国乡—城的暂时性移民:家庭经济学视角

【摘要】：当代中国乡-城移民的暂时性与农业和非农业户口划分是没有直接关系的。这种划分是计划经济时期国家追求重工业化战略的产物,并不能改变农民工长期存在于城市的现实,它的存在显然是不合时宜的。暂时移民城市是农民根据家庭收入而采取的理性策略。改变这种状况的基本出路在于提高农民工的收入,增加城市的吸引力,让农民自己做出暂时性或永久性移民的选择。
[Abstract]:There is no direct relationship between temporary rural-urban migration and agricultural and non-agricultural hukou division in contemporary China. This division is the product of the strategy of heavy industry pursued by the state in the period of planned economy, and can not change the reality that migrant workers exist in cities for a long time, and its existence is obviously out of date. Temporary migration to the city is a rational strategy adopted by farmers according to family income. The basic way to change this situation lies in raising the income of migrant workers, increasing the attractiveness of cities, and allowing farmers to make their own choices of temporary or permanent immigrants.
