珠三角世界级城市群建设路径创新

【摘要】：本文在对现有世界级城市群经验的基础上,总结了世界级城市群的评判标准,并将其作为评判珠三角建设世界级城市群差距的分析框架。研究发现,珠三角城市群在全球中枢职能、现代产业体系、城际交通网络、城市群协调机制等方面均与世界级城市群有一定差距。本文从打造"穗深港"创新带、以大数据促进产业转型升级、共建城际轨道交通网络、健全城市群协调发展机制等方面提出了促进珠三角建设世界级城市群的路径创新建议。
[Abstract]:Based on the existing experience of world-class urban agglomeration, this paper summarizes the criteria of world-class urban agglomeration and uses it as an analytical framework to judge the gap between the construction of world-class urban agglomeration in the Pearl River Delta. It is found that the Pearl River Delta urban agglomeration has a certain gap with the world class urban agglomeration in the aspects of global central function, modern industrial system, intercity transportation network and coordination mechanism of urban agglomeration. This paper puts forward the path innovation suggestions to promote the construction of world-class urban agglomeration in the Pearl River Delta from the aspects of creating "Guangzhou and Shenzhen Hong Kong" innovation zone, promoting industrial transformation and upgrading by big data, jointly constructing intercity rail transit network and perfecting the coordinated development mechanism of urban agglomeration.
