中乙商业模式创新研究

【摘要】:当今社会,招标行业发展迅速,有百分之八十的项目都需要进行招标完成。而随着信息技术快速发展、互联网得到普及,使得招投标网络化、电子化应运而生,即我国招标事业在循序渐进和逐步完善的过程中取得了长远发展。在这种招标信息繁多的环境下投标企业怎样快速获得准确且及时的招标信息呢,因此一些招标服务行业应运而生,主要目的是为投标企业提供招标信息并给与及时的反馈和服务。中乙科技信息咨询有限公司就是一个新成立的招标服务企业,那么中乙公司如何运营才能更好的发展和盈利,这与企业的商业模式密切相关。一个企业的商业模式可能在一段时期内发挥明显的作用,但是市场瞬息万变,企业要想脱颖而出、持续发展,商业模式就必须随着环境的变化而不断演进,设计出适合自身并极具竞争力的商业模式。针对以上情况,设计出符合中乙公司发展的商业模式才是关键,因此本文首先对中乙公司基本情况和所处的环境和前景进行分析,结合SWOT分析和商业模式的基本理论,分别从价值主张设计、价值网络设计、盈利模式设计三个方面进行研究和探讨,设计出最适合中乙的商业模式。最终文章得出的结论如下:(1)通过对招标服务行业目标顾客需求特点的调查分析,并采用价值创新的理论方法,得出了中乙的价值创新方向,从而提出了相应的四条价值创新路径,分别为终端化创新、本地化创新、个性制定创新、特色化创新;(2)构建了招标服务业的价值网络结构模型,并对其关键价值活动(信息内容和客户服务)进行了系统论述,还建立了价值网络的运行机制,主要包括协同运行机制、信息共享机制以及利益共享机制等;(3)对中乙公司的盈利模式进行了创新设计,主要包括会员服务盈利模式、会员产品展示盈利模式以及手机APP盈利模式,并对每种模式的利润来源和价值实现方式进行了分析和探讨。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the bidding industry is developing rapidly, and 80% projects need to be completed by bidding. With the rapid development of information technology and the popularization of the Internet, the bidding network and electronic emerged as the times require, that is, in the process of gradual and gradual improvement of bidding in China has achieved long-term development. How can bidding enterprises get accurate and timely bidding information quickly under the environment of various bidding information? therefore, some bidding service industries have emerged as the times require. The main purpose is to provide bidding information and give timely feedback and services to bidding enterprises. China B Science and Technology Information Consulting Co., Ltd. is a newly established bidding service company, so how to operate the company can be better development and profit, which is closely related to the business model of the enterprise. The business model of an enterprise may play an obvious role in a period of time, but the market is changing rapidly. If an enterprise wants to stand out and develop continuously, it must evolve with the changes of the environment. Design suitable and competitive business model. In view of the above situation, it is the key to design a business model that accords with the development of Sino- B Company. Therefore, this paper first analyzes the basic situation, environment and prospect of Sino- B Company, combining with SWOT analysis and the basic theory of business model. From three aspects of value proposition design, value network design and profit model design, the author designs the most suitable business model. The final conclusion of the article is as follows: (1) through the investigation and analysis of the characteristics of the target customers' demand in the bidding service industry, and the theoretical method of value innovation, the direction of value innovation in Sino B is obtained. Accordingly, the paper puts forward four corresponding value innovation paths, which are terminal innovation, localization innovation, personality development innovation and characteristic innovation. (2) the value network structure model of the bidding service industry is constructed. The key value activities (information content and customer service) are systematically discussed, and the operation mechanism of value network is established, including the cooperative operation mechanism. The information sharing mechanism and the profit sharing mechanism have carried on the innovation design to the Sino-B company's profit model, mainly includes the member service profit pattern, the member product display profit pattern and the mobile phone app profit pattern. The profit source and value realization mode of each mode are analyzed and discussed.
