【摘要】：正智慧城市脉动分析的内容就是城市大数据,而城市大数据体系通过数据管理实现重新组织获得。按照国家新型智慧城市的建设目标,我们立足智慧城市建设的实际需求,整合中科院的技术资源,依托对地观测空间信息技术,集聚生态环境、物联网、大数据、云计算、人工智能等先进技术成果,提出构建智慧城市协同创新平台,打造智慧城市天地一体化协同观测与空间信息公共平台的构想。平台可以提供脉动分析服务能力,将有力支撑城市各种智慧应用,
[Abstract]:Urban big data is the content of positive intelligence city pulsation analysis, and urban big data system is reorganized through data management. According to the construction goal of the new type of intelligent city in our country, we base ourselves on the actual demand of the construction of the intelligent city, integrate the technical resources of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, rely on the spatial information technology of Earth observation, gather the ecological environment, internet of things, big data, cloud computing, Based on the advanced technological achievements such as artificial intelligence, this paper puts forward the idea of constructing the collaborative innovation platform of intelligent city and the common platform of cooperative observation and spatial information of intelligent city. The platform can provide pulsation analysis service capability and will be able to support all kinds of intelligent applications of the city.
