【摘要】:随着我国经济社会的快速发展以及市场需求的与日俱增,国内货运企业的数量在不断增多,再加之越来越多的外国货运组织进驻中国市场,使得我国现有的国内货运企业面临的市场竞争越来越激烈。货运企业提高竞争的根本办法有两个:第一是降低企业的运输成本,第二则是提高企业的服务质量。而建立一个高效、合理的营运网络,既能有效降低运输成本、减轻企业自身的经济负担,同时又能为客户提供良好的服务,获得客户的信赖,吸引更多的客户。所以建立高效合理的营运网络是货运企业满足市场需求、增强企业竞争力的必然选择。综合运输具有运输效率高、运输成本低并且可以实现运输网络的无缝连接等独有的竞争优势,这使其逐渐成为国内乃至全球运输行业竞相发展的运输服务组织形式。因此,构建、优化综合货运网络成为货运企业提高市场竞争力的发展方向。但是各货运公司面临的问题各不相同,应有针对性的进行货运网络的设计,以寻求最适合企业的运输网络,从而提高企业的经济效益和社会形象。本文的选题正是在这样的背景下产生的:针对某货运公司(A公司)运输网络存在的问题,为其建立高效合理的区域综合货运网络提供可行性方案。.文章首先介绍了综合货运网络的相关基础知识,然后简要介绍了A公司的基本情况、节点分布情况,以及公司对建立的区域综合货运网络的整体要求,从而得出A公司在该区域可以建立的是混合轴辐式的货运网络。本文将按照货流量的预测、货运网络的设计、货运网络分析比较的顺序进行设计。首先,通过用预测软件对公司过去历史数据的分析,选用合适的预测方法对公司未来的货流量进行预测,再通过分析日货运量的波动情况,为设计的货运网络估计合适的日货运流量。然后对货运网络设计做了较为详细的描述,构建了一个在途时间限制条件下有多种运输方式的轴辐式枢纽网络模型,并用禁忌搜索算法对其进行求解。最后通过将设计的网络与现实情况比较,以及网络的总运营成本与现有网络运营成本的比较,得出设计的网络的合理性和有效性。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy and society and the increasing market demand, the number of domestic freight enterprises is increasing, and more foreign freight organizations are entering the Chinese market. Make our country's existing domestic freight enterprises face more and more fierce competition in the market. There are two basic ways for freight enterprises to improve competition: first, to reduce the transportation cost of enterprises, and second, to improve the service quality of enterprises. The establishment of an efficient and reasonable operation network can effectively reduce the transportation cost and reduce the economic burden of the enterprise itself, at the same time, it can provide good service for customers, gain the trust of customers, attract more customers. Therefore, the establishment of efficient and reasonable operation network is the inevitable choice for freight enterprises to meet the market demand and enhance their competitiveness. Integrated transportation has unique competitive advantages such as high transportation efficiency, low transportation cost and the ability to realize seamless connection of transportation network, which makes it gradually become a form of transportation service organization which is developing in the domestic and even global transportation industries. Therefore, the construction and optimization of integrated freight network has become the development direction of freight enterprises to improve their market competitiveness. However, the problems faced by each freight company are different, so the design of freight network should be targeted in order to find the most suitable transportation network for the enterprise, so as to improve the economic benefit and social image of the enterprise. The topic of this paper is produced under such a background: a freight company (A company) transport network problems, for its establishment of efficient and reasonable regional integrated freight network to provide a feasible scheme. This paper first introduces the basic knowledge of the integrated freight network, then briefly introduces the basic situation of company A, the distribution of nodes, and the overall requirements of the regional integrated freight network established by the company. It is concluded that A company can build a hybrid axle and spoke freight network in this area. This paper will design according to the prediction of cargo flow, the design of freight network and the sequence of analysis and comparison of freight network. First of all, by using forecasting software to analyze the company's past historical data, select the appropriate forecasting method to forecast the company's future cargo flow, and then analyze the fluctuation of the daily freight volume. Estimate the appropriate daily freight flow for the designed freight network. Then, the design of freight network is described in detail, and a model of axis-radial hub network with multiple transportation modes is constructed under the condition of travel time restriction, and solved by Tabu search algorithm. Finally, the rationality and effectiveness of the designed network are obtained by comparing the designed network with the reality and the total operating cost of the network with the existing network operation cost.
