[Abstract]:The construction of special towns between cities and villages is not only an important measure to promote the transformation and upgrading of traditional "block economy" industries, but also an important grasp of cracking the dual structure of urban and rural areas and improving the living environment in 2016. The tide of town planning and construction has become a hot event in the field of town planning and construction from Zhejiang Province to the whole country. It can be seen from the review of the big events in characteristic towns that the construction of small towns with special characteristics in Zhejiang Province is an important development strategy to promote the innovation and development of the province from 2014 to 2015. In May 2015, General Secretary Xi Jinping visited Zhejiang; in September, Liu he and his entourage went to Zhejiang Province to study the special town. At the end of the year, General Secretary Xi Xi made a visit to Zhejiang Province.
