黑龙江省新型城镇化发展道路研究

【摘要】：在我国,城镇化问题一直备受关注。党的十八大报告明确提出,要坚持走中国特色新型工业化、信息化、城镇化、农业现代化道路。而且新型城镇化理论被加强和深化,这更能够加快城镇发展。黑龙江省是我国农业大省,其城镇化水平发展程度和发展速度,对我国未来农业发展具有重要意义。并且黑龙江省的三个主要城市被列为国家新型城镇化综合试点地区,这也进一步加快黑龙江省新型城镇化发展进程。近年来,黑龙江省城镇化进程不断加快并取得很好的成绩,本文介绍了黑龙江省新型城镇化的发展模式以及模式的选择,并运用SPSS软件对黑龙江省城镇化水平进行测度,分析黑龙江省新型城镇化的问题并提出相关对策。本文通过对黑龙江省新型城镇化现状和模式的研究,发现黑龙江省存在城镇功能不突出、城镇化动力的不足、地区间差异过于明显等不足之处,通过对问题进一步探究,提出了优化产业结构、加强城镇基础设施水平建设、保护生态环境、完善户籍制度的对策.
[Abstract]:In China, urbanization has been a concern. The report of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly proposed that we should adhere to the road of new industrialization, informatization, urbanization and agricultural modernization with Chinese characteristics. And new urbanization theory has been strengthened and deepened, which can accelerate the development of cities and towns. Heilongjiang Province is a big agricultural province in China. The level of urbanization and the speed of its development are of great significance to the future agricultural development of our country. The three major cities of Heilongjiang Province are listed as the national pilot areas of new urbanization, which further speeds up the development of new urbanization in Heilongjiang Province. In recent years, the process of urbanization in Heilongjiang Province has been accelerated and good results have been obtained. This paper introduces the development mode and the choice of the new urbanization in Heilongjiang Province, and measures the urbanization level of Heilongjiang Province by using SPSS software. This paper analyzes the problems of new urbanization in Heilongjiang Province and puts forward relevant countermeasures. Based on the study of the present situation and mode of new urbanization in Heilongjiang Province, it is found that there are some shortcomings in Heilongjiang Province, such as the function of cities and towns is not outstanding, the power of urbanization is insufficient, the differences between regions are too obvious, and so on. The countermeasures of optimizing the industrial structure, strengthening the construction of urban infrastructure, protecting the ecological environment and perfecting the household registration system are put forward.
