基于DEA-Malmquist指数的中国政策性银行效率评价

【摘要】：本文在合理界定政策性银行投人产出指标的基础上,从经济有效性视角,采用DEAMalmquist指数模型对我国三家政策性银行2000~2014年的全要素生产率进行全面、系统的比较分析,其中包括各年度的技术进步、技术效率、纯技术效率和规模效率等具体情况。结论表明,整体上,我国政策性银行的生产率偏低,但存在潜在的增长趋势;个体上,国开行的较好,进出口行较差,并赋予影响因素表现的差别较大;影响政策性银行的全要素生产率指数的构成因素变化明显,技术进步贡献显著,技术效率贡献甚微。最后,针对政策性银行的全面改革与发展提出了可行性的建议。
[Abstract]:On the basis of reasonably defining the output index of policy banks, from the perspective of economic effectiveness, this paper makes a comprehensive and systematic comparative analysis of the total factor productivity of the three policy banks in China from 2000 to 2014 by using the DEAMalmquist index model. These include technical progress, technical efficiency, pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency in each year. The conclusion shows that, on the whole, the productivity of China's policy banks is low, but there is a potential growth trend, the individual, the CDB is better, the import and export banks are poor, and the performance of the influencing factors is different. The factors that influence the total factor productivity index (TFP) of policy banks change obviously, the contribution of technological progress is remarkable, and the contribution of technical efficiency is small. Finally, some feasible suggestions are put forward for the comprehensive reform and development of policy banks.
