基于社会网络分析法的标准网络测度指标研究——以五个主管部门国家标准网络比较为例

【摘要】:本文尝试将社会网络分析法应用于国家标准网络研究,运用Ucinet 6.0,基于截至2013年底所颁布的五部门国家标准,建立规范性引用文件(国家标准)矩阵,通过系统性、引用效率和关键节点三个维度,选取网络密度、孤点率、凝聚子群、连线距离、点度中心度以及中间中心度等测度指标进行比较分析。研究发现:孤点率与成分数量、规模对标准网络的系统性强弱判断具有较高的重要性;平均节点距离能够较合理地判断标准引用效率的高低;而点度中心度和中间中心度则是判断标准重要性和标准网络系统稳定性的关键指标。
[Abstract]:This paper attempts to apply the social network analysis method to the network research of national standards, using Ucinet 6.0, based on the national standards issued by the five departments up to the end of 2013, to establish the normative citation documents (national standards) matrix, through systematic, Based on the three dimensions of efficiency and key nodes, the measurement indexes of network density, isolated point rate, coacervation subgroup, line distance, vertex centrality and intermediate centrality are compared and analyzed. It is found that the ratio of isolated points, the number of components and the size of the standard network are of great importance to the judgement of the systematic strength of the standard network, and the average node distance can reasonably judge the standard citation efficiency. The point centrality and the intermediate centrality are the key indexes to judge the standard importance and the stability of the standard network system.
