国际服务外包对中国就业的影响

【摘要】:就业问题一直都是备受各国政府及学术界关注的重大经济社会难题。对正处于经济发展方式转变和经济结构转型升级关键时期的中国来说,就业问题能否得以有效解决直接关系到经济健康持续发展和经济结构转型升级的成败,国际服务外包具有技术附加值高、对环境污染少、吸纳劳动力强等特点,在经济全球化浪潮中发展越来越迅速,成为了国际产业转移的主要形式。本文旨在研究国际服务外包与中国就业之间的关系,文章分为六部分,着重探讨服务外包对于制造业就业水平的影响。第一部分是导论部分,主要阐述本课题研就的目的及国内外学者的研究成果;第二部分阐述了国内外关于服务外包产生的理论基础;第三部分阐述我国国际服务外包发展的现状及我国的就业结构现状;第四部分分析了国际服务外包对我国就业水平的影响机制;第五章基于计量模型回归分析的实证研究;第六章根据模型分析的结论,对未来我国服务外包对制造业就业提出的政策建议。研究发现,国际服务外包与就业之间有着明显的联系,国际服务外包能够大大的提高劳动者的生产技能,提高劳动者的素质,这对我国产业结构的调整,经济社会健康持续的发展产生积极的影响。
[Abstract]:Employment has always been a major economic and social problem concerned by governments and academia. For China, which is in the critical period of economic development mode transformation and economic structural transformation and upgrading, whether or not the employment problem can be effectively solved is directly related to the success or failure of the healthy and sustainable development of the economy and the upgrading of the economic structure. International service outsourcing has the characteristics of high added value of technology, less pollution to the environment and strong absorption of labor force. It has developed more and more rapidly in the tide of economic globalization and has become the main form of international industrial transfer. The purpose of this paper is to study the relationship between international service outsourcing and employment in China. The article is divided into six parts, focusing on the impact of service outsourcing on the employment level of manufacturing industry. The first part is the introduction part, which mainly describes the purpose of this topic and the research results of domestic and foreign scholars, the second part expounds the theoretical basis of the emergence of service outsourcing at home and abroad. The third part describes the development of international service outsourcing in China and the current situation of employment structure in China; the fourth part analyzes the impact mechanism of international service outsourcing on the employment level in China; chapter 5, empirical research based on econometric model regression analysis; In chapter 6, according to the conclusion of the model analysis, the policy recommendations of service outsourcing on manufacturing employment in the future are put forward. The study found that there is a clear relationship between international service outsourcing and employment, international service outsourcing can greatly improve the production skills of workers, improve the quality of workers, this adjustment of China's industrial structure, The sustained development of economic and social health has a positive impact.
