河南省食品安全治理策略优化研究——基于消费者视角

【摘要】：正河南省作为人口大省、农业大省、食品生产和消费大省,食品安全对其有着尤为特殊的重要意义。基于计划行为理论对河南省消费者进行了食品安全状况调查。调查显示,河南消费者对食品安全的满意度不高,安全认知与行为存在偏差。与食品安全事件中媒体对政府监管部门的高度关注不同,消费者认为企业是食品安全的主要责任主体。因此,要提高食品安全整体水平,应当优化治理工具,创新食品安全宣传教育方式,引导消费者依法维护自身权益,建立企业食品安全强制责任保险。
[Abstract]:Henan Province is a province with large population, big agriculture, and large food production and consumption. Food safety is of special significance to Henan Province. Based on the theory of planning behavior, the food safety status of consumers in Henan Province was investigated. The survey shows that Henan consumers' satisfaction with food safety is not high, and safety cognition and behavior are deviated. Different from the media's attention to the government supervision department in the food safety incident, the consumer thinks that the enterprise is the main body responsible for the food safety. Therefore, in order to improve the overall level of food safety, we should optimize the management tools, innovate the way of food safety propaganda and education, guide consumers to safeguard their rights and interests according to law, and establish compulsory liability insurance for food safety in enterprises.
