网络汇聚物流业务信息的个性化服务技术研究

【摘要】:近年来,我国物流产业呈现出快速发展的趋势,以信息共享为手段的物流信息平台层出不穷,网络上物流业务信息爆炸式增长。但是当前物流公共信息平台存在功能单一、信息冗余等问题,传统的搜索方式已经不能满足不同企业个人对物流业务信息快速变动的需要,进而造成物流业务发现成本居高不下。针对上述情况,本文对实现物流业务信息的个性化服务的展开研究探讨。首先本文对物流业务信息个性化服务的需求进行了分析,构建了物流业务信息的个性化需求模型,根据现有的个性化信息服务原理,提出了一种基于物流业务本体的物流业务信息个性化服务框架。然后分别对个性化服务中两大关键技术用户兴趣模型和匹配推荐方法进行研究,结合现有的建模技术,设计了一种基于物流业务领域本体的用户兴趣模型。通过用户的浏览行为挖掘用户的兴趣概念并计算相应的兴趣度,完成用户兴趣模型的构建与更新;针对现有的个性化推荐技术的不足,提出一种加入物流业务本体后的推荐技术,通过物流业务信息和用户兴趣模型中物流业务概念的匹配实现物流业务信息的匹配推荐。最后,设计一种基于B/S架构的物流业务信息个性化服务系统架构,按照系统功能模块完成物流业务信息个性化服务原型系统的开发,并对系统运行测试。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the logistics industry of our country presents the tendency of rapid development, the logistics information platform with information sharing as the means emerges endlessly, the logistics business information on the network grows explosively. However, the current logistics public information platform has the problems of single function, information redundancy and so on. The traditional search method can no longer meet the needs of different enterprises for the rapid change of logistics business information. In turn, logistics business discovery costs remain high. In view of the above situation, this paper discusses the realization of personalized logistics business information services. First of all, this paper analyzes the demand of personalized service of logistics business information, constructs the personalized demand model of logistics business information, and according to the existing principle of personalized information service, This paper presents a personalized service framework of logistics business information based on logistics ontology. Then, the user interest model and matching recommendation method of two key technologies in personalized service are studied, and a user interest model based on logistics domain ontology is designed based on the existing modeling technology. The concept of user interest is mined by browsing behavior and the corresponding interest degree is calculated to complete the construction and update of user interest model. Aiming at the deficiency of the existing personalized recommendation technology, this paper proposes a new recommendation technology after adding logistics business ontology to realize the matching recommendation of logistics business information by matching logistics business information with the concept of logistics business in user interest model. Finally, a logistics business information personalized service system architecture based on B / S architecture is designed. According to the system function module, the prototype system of logistics business information personalized service is developed, and the system is run and tested.
