考虑物流配送的电网物资供应商评价与选择研究

【摘要】：电力系统改革在不断深入,物资管理已经成为了电网的一个重要课题,供应商的选择直接影响到物资管理的效果,所以要选择合适的物资供应商,对电网企业的发展起到推动作用,好的物资供应商,能够保障电力系统稳定,对国计民生等重大问题有重要的意义。本文首先对国内外现有的研究和搜寻供电企业供应商管理的问题进行研究,遵循一定的研究思路,分别从供应商配送的资质、供应商产品质量、供应商配送能力以及配送可持续发展能力这几个方面作为电网企业电力物资配送供应商评价指标。然后,需要在理论和实践中更完美地对电力物资供应商进行选择评价,提出一种更适合供应商选择的模型。在文章最后,论文通过模型以及建立的评价指标,对案例进行实证研究,这对于进一步验证本文所构建的评价体系,更全民地为行业提供参考资料具有重要的作用和借鉴价值。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of power system reform, material management has become an important issue in the power grid. The selection of suppliers directly affects the effect of material management, so it is necessary to select suitable material suppliers. It plays an important role in promoting the development of power grid enterprises. Good material suppliers can guarantee the stability of power system and have great significance to the national economy and people's livelihood. In this paper, the existing domestic and foreign research and search for supplier management in power supply enterprises are studied, followed certain research ideas, respectively from the supplier distribution qualifications, supplier product quality, The supplier distribution ability and the distribution sustainable development ability are used as the evaluation index of the power distribution supplier in the power grid enterprise. Then, in theory and practice, a more perfect model for supplier selection and evaluation is proposed. At the end of the article, the paper carries on the empirical research to the case through the model and the evaluation index, which has the important function and the reference value for the further verification of the evaluation system constructed in this paper, and provides the reference material for the whole people for the industry.
