马克思主义生态文明理论视域下中国市场经济生态发展研究

【摘要】：论文针对我国市场经济对生态环境发展的负面影响,构建市场经济生态发展道路问题进行了研究。论文采用文献分析法和理论与实践相结合的方法,以马克思主义生态文明相关理论为基础,对市场经济生态发展的必要性可行性,发展现状进行了研究。分别从市场经济没有实现对社会资源配置的决定性作用、政府对市场生态制度创新的扶持力度不够、利益因素制约了地方政府对生态环境实施治理的力度、我国环境法制水平低下滞后了市场经济生态发展进程等四个方面探讨了影响我国市场经济生态发展的不利影响因素。提出要促进我国市场经济生态发展需要从市场制度完善,创新市场生态新机制,强化政府环境治理职能,提高环境法治建设水平等四个维度加强建设,最后从完善有利于生态发展的基础性市场制度、培育有利于生态发展的创新性市场制度、强化政府环境治理职能、提升环境领域法制建设水平、构建符合市场生态发展的价值观消费观等五个方面提出推进我国市场经济生态发展的对策建议。论文创新点主要包括:(1)研究视角有新意。论文从市场经济生态发展的必要性和可行性进行分析,丰富了学术界对于市场经济和生态文明研究的广度和深度。从而能够引发许多对今天市场经济生态发展路径完善的思考和启示。(2)经典文本研究的创新,论文专门结合马克思《资本论》进行研究,深化了学术界对于马克思主义生态文明理论的研究。学术界对于马克思主义生态文明研究的理论成果非常丰富,但是结合《资本论》进行研究的不多,论文专门结合马克思《资本论》,探索了马克思《资本论》中有关商品经济理论。其中很多理论涉及到资源优化配置与生态文明建设,以这些生态思考作为对今天市场经济与生态发展相互作用的借鉴,从而能够引发许多对今天市场经济生态发展路径完善的思考和启示。(3)研究内容有新意,论文对市场经济生态发展的必要性与可行性分析的研究,不但重申了市场经济生态发展的必要性,同时还为市场经济生态发展的实践提供了可行性,使得市场经济的生态发展有章可循。研究深化了学术界对市场经济生态发展的认识深度,提升了相关领域的研究水平。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the negative influence of market economy on the development of ecological environment in China, this paper studies the construction of ecological development road of market economy. This paper adopts the method of literature analysis and combining theory with practice, based on the related theory of Marxist ecological civilization, studies the necessity, feasibility and present situation of ecological development of market economy. Separately from the market economy has not realized the decisive role to the social resources allocation, the government to the market ecological system innovation support dynamics is insufficient, the benefit factor has restricted the local government to the ecological environment implementation management strength, The low level of environmental legal system in China lags behind the process of market economy ecological development and discusses the unfavorable factors that affect the ecological development of market economy in China. In order to promote the ecological development of market economy in China, it is necessary to strengthen the construction from four aspects: perfecting the market system, innovating the new mechanism of market ecology, strengthening the government's function of environmental governance and improving the level of environmental legal construction. Finally, from perfecting the basic market system which is beneficial to the ecological development, cultivating the innovative market system, strengthening the government's function of environmental governance, and improving the level of legal system construction in the field of environment, This paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions on how to promote the ecological development of market economy in China from five aspects, such as constructing the concept of value and consumption in line with the development of market ecology. The innovation of the thesis mainly includes: (1) the research angle has the new idea. This paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility of the ecological development of market economy, which enriches the breadth and depth of the research on market economy and ecological civilization in academic circles. Therefore, it can lead to a lot of thinking and inspiration to the improvement of the ecological development path of today's market economy. (2) the innovation of the classical text research, the paper specially combined with Marx "Capital" to carry on the research, Deepen the academic research on Marxist ecological civilization theory. The academic circles have very rich theoretical achievements in the study of Marxist ecological civilization, but not many studies have been carried out in conjunction with "Capital". It explores the theory of commodity economy in Marx's Capital. Many of these theories are related to the optimal allocation of resources and the construction of ecological civilization. These ecological considerations are used as a reference for the interaction between market economy and ecological development today. Therefore, it can lead to a lot of thinking and inspiration to the improvement of the ecological development path of today's market economy. (3) the research contents have new ideas, and the paper studies the necessity and feasibility analysis of the ecological development of the market economy. It not only restates the necessity of the ecological development of market economy, but also provides the feasibility for the practice of the ecological development of market economy, which makes the ecological development of market economy follow the rules. The research deepens the understanding of market economy ecological development in academic circles and promotes the research level in related fields.
