西欧近代城市化的路径差异及其对中国的启示——基于英、法、德三国城市化的比较

【摘要】：在不同国家,城市化的路径存在广泛差异,差异化路径导致了大相径庭的城市化结果。本文综合比较英、法、德三个代表性国家城市化过程中的主体类型、主体互动以及主体的差异化偏好,结果表明:(1)特定的发展场景塑造了不同偏好类型的城市化主体,进而决定了这些主体对城市化的态度和行为;(2)不同阶层之间的利益关联和良性互动是城市化健康推进的根本保障,利益冲突会导致城市化沦为特殊阶层的食利工具;(3)对于当下中国,新型城市化必须转变资源整合方式,促进多元参与,引导广大市民(农民)、企业和政府共同融入城市化进程中,实现共享式发展。
[Abstract]:In different countries, the path of urbanization varies widely, and the differentiated path leads to different urbanization results. This paper makes a comprehensive comparison of the main types, interactions and different preferences of subjects in the urbanization process of Britain, France and Germany. The results show that: (1) the specific development scenarios have shaped different types of urbanization subjects. Then it determines the attitude and behavior of these subjects to urbanization; (2) the relationship and positive interaction between different strata is the fundamental guarantee for the healthy advancement of urbanization, and the conflict of interest will lead to urbanization becoming a special class of food and interest tools; (3) for the present China, the new urbanization must change the way of resource integration, promote multiple participation, guide the masses of citizens (farmers), enterprises and government to integrate into the process of urbanization, and realize the shared development.
