合同能源管理在A建筑节能改造项目管理中的应用研究
[Abstract]:China's economy has experienced rapid development for more than 30 years, followed by the extreme consumption of energy and the intensification of environmental pollution, and the energy consumption per unit of GDP is three times that of developed countries. The most important reason for the above phenomenon is that the overall energy efficiency is not high and the energy system efficiency is too low, which has become the main obstacle to the economic and social development of China. Therefore, the state regards "energy saving and emission reduction" as an important strategy for sustainable development, because only by saving energy and giving full play to the efficiency of energy can we guarantee the national energy security and keep the national economy growing continuously. Building energy consumption is one of the main energy consumption in China, especially for large public buildings. Contract energy management is a new energy saving investment mechanism based on the market. It puts the investment income of energy saving transformation on the benefit of energy saving effect in the later period of energy saving transformation. Because it can reduce the capital investment in the early stage of the energy-saving transformation enterprise and reduce the capital risk of energy-saving transformation, it is more in line with the development law of the market, so it has been widely used in the building energy-saving transformation project. In this paper, based on A building energy saving renovation project, in view of the problems encountered in the process of energy saving transformation, the following aspects are studied and analyzed: first of all, from the customer's demand analysis of A building energy saving transformation, The transformation project and energy saving target of the project are extended. Then, on the basis of introducing the contract energy management and its development, the paper analyzes the feasibility of the energy saving and benefit sharing model to be adopted in the project, and forecasts and analyzes the risk of adopting the model. At the same time, the feasibility of the project's energy-saving retrofit scheme is analyzed from the technical and economic aspects. Then, through the introduction of the project implementation process and the analysis of the benefit of the transformation, the problems still exist in the implementation of the contract energy management in the project by the energy-saving service company are put forward. Finally, through summing up the effective management experience of the energy-saving service company and drawing on the successful experience of the domestic and foreign enterprises, the improvement measures and strategies to solve the problems encountered in the project are given.
